Lovely property, great views, super relaxing!

We had a great time at the Lodge at Tipple Hill! It was the perfect place for a work retreat for 7 ladies. We spent a lot of time out on the patio and it was perfect that there was shade and a sun area. The kitchen had a wonderful large table we played games at and the house had ample rooms and supplies needed. Quiet and serene, it was a lovely stay. We would definitely be back!

Three Pines Lodge - Awesome place for vacation

The huge housr is rrally amazing with surrounded beatiful golf, an attractive Hill(I believe it is Tipple Hill) and easy to vlimb and get an arial view.. very close to huge outdoor pool, also has a private Hot tub to relax, covered patio. And what not wiyh gas fireplace and indoor games. You have everthing you need inside and nearby with in 2 minutes walk. Forgot to mention.. OMG kids enjiyed bunk beds and Hot tub.. Very spacious house with lots of amenities and utentials... loved it.

Gem of a Oasis away from Seattle

My friends and I really enjoyed this property, we walked in to a very nice welcome gift and note. The entire place was smelled so fresh and clean. We were able to use the kitchen and to our surprise it was full of all types of cooking pans and equipment for us to be able to cook all weekend. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and sitting around the fire. We will cherish this place as a oasis away from the city and a place to relax. Thank you for such a lovely and amazing stay.

Love this house!

This was the perfect house for a group of people staying for a wedding at Swiftwater. We were all adults, but there were great options for kids as well there, with games and bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and fire pit were amazing!

Family get together

This was by far one of the nicest and most well equipped homes we have ever rented. The Kitchen was amazing and had ever appliance and utensil you could think of. Right down to the cocktail shaker for our Manhattans ! There were 10 of us and the house was nice and spacious with lots of room and comfy bedrooms. We made good use of the hot tub, firepit, golf courses, corn hole ,beautiful walking trails and the Swiftwater Winery which was a short walk away. The garage also had a ping pong table and foos ball table. The back patio has nice furniture and a BBQ. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay !

Review of Three Pines Lodge

Great house and location. Will stay there again. Two items need improvement: 1. Location of garbage bins not well marked. Had to call rental firm to get location. Rental firm needs to mark access to trash room. 2. Hot tub water was cloudy and it smelled awful. Rental firm needs to hire a professional hot tub firm to manage cleanliness of water.

Beautiful and well-stocked home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at 3 Pines. The house was quite clean and the kitchen was incredibly stocked. And someone took the time to organize it well too. The only thing that could make it more kid-friendly is to add a few toddler plates and silverware but there were plastic cups which was appreciated. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home!

Perfect winter getaway

We stayed at the 3 Pines Lodge for Christmas and it was perfect! The location feels quite secluded with lots on either side being vacant and the views are incredible. The layout of the house was fantastic for our family, it was great having two master suites. Our kids enjoyed watching movies and playing on the Xbox in the game room away from the rest of the adults and we all enjoyed playing games in the heated garage.

Family get away

We love the Suncadia area and this place was exceptionally nice. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was well equipped and patio area was great in the mornings and evenings. Lots of room for our party of 7 people to have their own space and great living areas. Would definitely rent this home again for a similar size gathering.

Great all around

Our 2 families enjoyed the home immensely! Perfect layout and accommodations for all age ranges. The kids enjoyed the large game room, while the adults enjoyed the fire pit and ample seating on the deck. Although the home is close to Bulldog Road, it still felt private. Great location next to trails!
