"This beautiful home is a stone's throw from Rehobeth Ave. and Coastal Hwy., making it the ideal location for beach access and family entertainment. The home has a fabulous outdoor space for relaxing with the family or entertaining friends. We absolutely loved having a pool all to ourselves! The beautifully maintained house offered many rooms so we could spread out and find quiet places to rest and unwind. This home was like a dream come true, making this year's vacation genuinely memorable!!"

The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen and family room were perfect for meals, family game time, and sneaking in a little bit of remote work. "Mar Bella is absolutely perfect! The property and my room were absolutely spotless! The weather prevented me from using many of the outdoor amenities, but I plan to return during summer and take full advantage of everything. "Had a great time here at this cottage. My only issues were with clogged drains and the front bedroom door did not close. Also my 7 year old got locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes and I had trouble getting her out. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Other then that loved swimming in the community pool and the area is very woodsy and super cozy."
