This romantic getaway in a bed and breakfast lodge is located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, and can accommodate two guests. It provides them with one bedroom and one full, private bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a rocking chair, an antique dresser with a large oval mirror, and windows facing the lodge's southern perennial garden. Bird feeders are located nearby, attracting a variety of species ranging from bower birds to woodpeckers, which guests can watch right from the windows.



In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Linens, towels, fluffy bathrobes, and environmentally-sensitive toiletries are provided. The swimming pool is heated and surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and a music system that has an iPod docking station. In the living room and atrium, guests will find comfortable sofas and a television with satellite service, a DVD player, and a library.



The dining room provides guests with an elegant setting in which to enjoy their breakfast, which features a variety of teas, coffee, juice, cereals, and hot dishes, with a menu that changes every day. Examples of dishes include German apple pancakes, Belgian waffles, cinnamon raisin French toast, omelets, scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, and sausage.
