Es un hotel muy limpio y el servicio muy amable, lástima que los cuartos no tengan ni microwave ni refrigeradores, si tuviera disponible eso seria muy bueno, pero el servicio fue muy bueno.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean as well as the grounds. I liked being able to get a cup of coffee at anytime. The pool area is very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was courteous and pleasant to talk to.

When I booked this hotel through Expedia I mainly booked it because when looking at the pictures, there was a hot tub in the pool area. When we walked in to stay the night we asked again about the hot tub but was told there was none. Someone needs to update the pictures so they are correct and true to what you are selling. The hotel is nice and pretty well updated, but you need to fix your pictures otherwise you are misadvertising your hotel.

This place is clean and modern. The staff is awesome and it's tucked off the main drag. It's quiet and a bunch of places are walkable. We felt safe and peaceful here. We will be back.

Our room was very modern and immaculate. Beds were comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Didn't try the breakfast, which included hot options as well as cereal and fruit, but the coffee was good. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I was happy with my stay, but the shower curtain was cloth and when my friend and I were taking showers, the water got all over the floor! A plastic shower curtain is needed. Our stay was pleasant otherwise. The room was clean. No other complaints.

Won't stay there again
The rooms were fairly clean and the staff was nice. However, someone in the next room was yelling at someone on their cellphone at 12:30 am and we called the front desk to ask them to take care of it. Their initial response was "Yeah?" with dead silence. I said "It needs to stop" and after a second call up there I could hear the phone ring in the next room (thin walls) and they quieted down some but had a couple more outbursts. The Hampton person did the absolute minimum required and left it at that.

Since I was the person at the Front Desk that night, I did respond to his first call and second call. I had gone down to the room and the other guest was told to quiet down and to be considerate of other guests around him. He said that he would.

The property was under construction, heat wasn’t working in the rooms, pool and jacuzzi was out of order and that’s Why we took the kids. I didn’t even stay at the hotel I have a newborn baby in the heat without the rooms are freezing. We left and had to drive home that night with our children. did not get a refund, we told about all the policies and rules to why we can’t gt a refund even though we aren’t staying, etc. but we weren’t refunded for none of the amenities were available, hotel was dirty, dusty without heat and unlivable for a family like mine.

frequent stayers disappointed
Hotel was under renovation. we had 2 rooms, both clean. room #1 hot water was warm, room #2 no hot water. swimming pool area was very cold. water was warmer than the air but could not stay in there long, kids disappointed. NO HOT TUBE!!! we stayed in this hotel years past and it was nicer than. past years more enjoyable than this year. will probably not stay here again.

Would Not Stay Here Again
The hotel is being renovated. Some rooms are done so I specifically called the hotel to ask for a renovated room after reading some of the reviews. After checking in and walking in to our room, we knew immediately this room had not been touched. The bathroom counter was filthy, missing trim in bathroom, wallpaper falling off the wall, the beds did not look like they had been changed. The furniture was falling apart. The toilet barely flushed. Needless to say, this was not a renovated room. I talked to the manager who was very nice and accommodating, and he moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this room wasn’t much better. We could also hear everything going on above, below and next to us. Plus, it was a lot to pay for the condition of the room.

The property is being renovated. The pool and hot tub were not operating. No carpet in many areas. Our room had not been renovated yet. It was worn and outdated.
