Great place to stay in a wonderful spot and close to road America. Parking is a bit odd but once you know it is easy! Description of how to get to the parking lot behind the building could be a bit better in the is frictions when you get there.

Girls trip

Came up to see a band on Sunday and to stay Monday to do a peddle boat and taste of Elkhart, but it rained all day Monday. Events were canceled Monday so had to stay in . Our place was very comfortable, our group played games and went to brown bear and had a great time . Thanks

Beautiful Place

Great place! loved the unit and setting, very comfortable. The downtown area is awesome and quite. The unit is new with plenty of space. The cons, checkin was terrible, I had to hound the host for checkin information and still didn’t get any info when I was 30 minutes from checkin. Paying this much should not require me to spend so much time trying to figure out how to get into the unit. (yes I know everyone has mentioned this so I made sure to be proactive…it didn’t help). There are no paper products except toilet paper thank goodness. No paper towels, no tissues, no napkins, no kitchen towels at all. Not a big deal just know you need to bring it all. They provided a nice selection of coffee and tea including coffee filters and some soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. But otherwise there are no consumables, not even salt or pepper, so prepare accordingly. Also if you are staying anytime soon there is street construction going on right next door. We weren’t there often in the morning but the one morning we were there the whole house was shaking, even the glasses in the kitchen were rattling. This is no fault of the host, just something to be aware of as this looks like something that will continue for several more weeks? Hard to know for sure, I stayed July 25th - 28th. Also the unit is located right next door to a bar. Now this would have been a real turn off if I knew in advance, but as it turns out it was a non-issue. I’d rather know before going instead of being surprised when I got there….like I was. I would stay again without hesitation, nothing is perfect, this place was great and I highly recommend it.

Close, convenient, and comfy!

We booked two flats for 14 ladies that are all 40 and older! Everyone slept comfortably and was impressed by the flat. The attention to detail throughout the entire space is incredible. From extra cozy blankets to umbrellas to scissors- it's all there! Book it!

Home away from home

Everything about this property was amazing! The unit was clean, check-in was easy, perfect location in town, and communication with the owner/property manager was easy! Use of garage space was beneficial to our stay.
