Here we go again. People we have made it very clear that we don’t have TVs in the room. Nowhere on any of our listings does it say we have TVs. We do have excellent WiFi, awesome record players, many books and a great Tavern downstairs. Alas…not a television. If you are traveling to Elizabethtown and you need a TV to make your night complete you should not stay with us. Parking? You can park next to the building, across the street at the bank, next door at Kinney’s and on street parking is always available. Yes, we don’t have our own parking lot but there is no need. A rating of 2 because of these items?. I rate this guest a 1.

Our rooms are all finished quite nicely. Nothing is unfinished. Yet again, we had somebody who comes in on a Monday to rent a room expecting that in the rural community the staff is going to work every single day. Nowhere on any of our listings does it say we are open every single day. I have news for you. If you’re looking to go out to eat at a restaurant. It’s a good idea to make sure it’s open. We have been closed on Monday and Tuesday for the past six years. If one would take the time to put in the effort to actually Google the hours which might take all the five seconds you would see that. Wow, you had to drive 10 miles over to Westport? How many miles did you drive to get here? I would rate this guest one out of 10 and they are fairly decent if you’re not expecting much from them.

Our towels are cleaned after every stay with new towels placed. We will be more than happy to take a look at the towels that you report had "hair". They were clean towels and if you had asked for new ones we would have obliged.

We do have excellent wifi, many books and record players with excellent albums….but alas no television. No clock…wow…your right…I must say in our 6 years of having the rooms nobody has ever mentioned that. I think I will order some!

Aaron thanks for the review and we do have the goal of having split units for air conditioning in the future but just haven’t gotten there yet but I’m 99% of the summer days these work great. However, we did have a stretch of heat that was a bit unbearable.
