"Have stayed at this hotel in 2024 is very good place clean and very helpful staff. This year 2026 I booked for 8 Nights. All was so good apart from Wi-Fi It was working within the hotel but not in my room which was on floor 6. I wasn’t happy about this but they managed to put a laptop in my room ..."

"I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional."
