Spread over three floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and an extra guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests if staying as couples. Beds: 6 singles, three 1.35 m beds, one 1.50 m bed, and one 2.00 m bed. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer.

Vistahermosa is a family-friendly, conservative community with rules: music is not allowed from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and at night until 11:30 pm. Breaches may result in penalties.
