Everything was excellent! The villa manager provided recommendations for airport transport, catering, photographers and more! She was very response and too extra initiatives to prepare for our stay and ensure we were satisfied.

Best Family vacation

My husband and I were there with our adult daughter and her two children. More than enough room---and such fun rooms. It's a happy place. My grandkids couldn't get enough pool and the adults were comfortable keeping an eye on them when we weren't enjoying the pools ourselves. Great support team to help us find things we needed, suggesting great restaurants, and serving drinks. Definitely a memorable Thanksgiving for us all.

Wonderful Christmas for all

Our whole family, 8 adults and 1 toddler met at Villa Rocas for Christmas holiday. We had the most relaxing and warm Christmas. The home is beautiful, full of light bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious. Grounds are lovely to explore, everything is so well kept.Lots of room for all. Pool and hot tub put to daily use.We loved exploring nearby towns and beaches. Sunsets and whale watching was a treat. Nigel, Livy and Oscar were just lovely and so helpful. Would not hesitate to do it agin, hopefully we will return!

Absolutely Incredible

Villa Rocas and everyone that works there is nothing short of wonderful. We just returned home from our stay there, which included our wedding ceremony and reception! Our big day was absolutely perfect, and Caitlin and Rick went above and beyond to help with every little detail or request that we had during our whole visit. Location and views are incredible, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, bathrooms stocked with great products and fresh towels/ robes, hot tub, firepit, infinity pool, amazing rooftop bar, literally everything you can wish for is already there. Another huge thank you to the owners for letting us host our wedding here, and to Caitlin and Rick for being so responsive, kind and helpful- we will never forget this trip and hope to come back for a reunion again someday soon.

Villa rocca

Beautiful, luxurious house, surrounded by lovely outside terraces and garden area. Very well served by on site concierge who could ably arrange for any outing or service. Perfect location, right on gorgeous beach and looking East, interesting mountain range. Access road just a sand road, very poorly kept and extremely bumpy.

Go Ahead and Book It

This place is seriously perfect. The pictures just don't do it justice at all. Which is saying something since the pictures are stunning. The first time you walk through the front doors and look out onto the infinity pool and the ocean you'll be hooked. Between the countless bars, rooftop patio, hot tub, and pool table there's plenty to keep you entertained. The nearby towns of El Pescadero, Todos Santos, and of course Cabo make for great excursions. I stayed at Villa Rocas with 11 friends and there was plenty of room. We all had a blast. This was my second time staying at Villa Rocas and we'll definitely be back next year!!

The house is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Where ever you are on the grounds or in the house there is a relaxing spot to kick back and enjoy the view. The place is really well thought out and super comfortable. The infinity pool with private beach right out front can't be beat. We felt like there was no one around but us when we were at the house. The little details and touches from the Villa director made us feel like we had our own private resort. We scored decent surf, caught good fish and had the best Baja trip ever.

A Unforgettable and Magical Experience

WOW. That's pretty much all I could keep saying every day I spent at Villa Rocas. The house itself is something out of a magazine - every detail, from the soapstone sinks to the beautiful art work is something to behold and even the best pictures cannot do it justice. Then there is the setting - you are literally right on the beach and the views just never get old. But what really sets this house apart are the people. Mark and Jessie took such amazing care of us and are such kind, warm, fun people who we consider good friends after spending a week at the house. The only problem with the house is that it is soo incredible that you won't want to leave to see all the amazing things in the immediate vicinity. A part of me wants is hesitant to even write this review because I want to keep it as a secret so word doesn't get out as I'm afraid it will be difficult to book it again next year. Thank you Mark and Jessie for making our stay so unforgettable!

Excellent Spring Break trip!

This house is beyond amazing! If is the most beautiful property in the area. You are also right on the water. There is a very nice beach directly in front of the property and a great swimming beach just down the road. Villa Rocas is beautifully decorated and with the 4 bedrooms (one is a bunk room that sleeps 7 I think) and its multiple bathrooms there is plenty of room for a large group. It is definitely made for outdoor living. From the dining room and kitchen that completely open up to the outside to the pool and two outdoor bars you feel like you are outside anytime you want to. We have stayed here before, but Jessie and Mark gave us a couple of cool places to visit that we never would have known about. The pool was a little cold because it was March, but don't let that bother you, they have very large hot tub that you can warm up to perfection. The town of Todos Santos is a very short drive away and it has some great little restaurants. Jessie and Mark can also help you with excursions. We did an ATV tour that was so much fun. We will definitely try to stay at Villa Rocas when we travel to the Cabo area.

Amazing house on the beach!

Not a detail missed! The owner's designed a beautiful home in a perfect spot and Jessie, the caretaker/concierge catered to our every request from a private chef to last minute dinner reservations and babysitters! The house had everything you could possibly want from the pool, heated hot tub, amazing beachfront fire pit, beach chairs and umbrellas and the fabulous rooftop bar for enjoying the gorgeous sunsets! We will be back!

My stay at Villa Rocas was a truly world-class experience. Far enough away from the tourist mecca of Cabo San Lucas to feel like I had escaped the tourist hoards and close enough to the beautiful town of Todos Santos where I could be immersed in the culture and purchase artisanal handmade goods for friends and family unlucky enough to be stuck at home. The house has everything, it’s spacious, warm, modern, homey, with all the touches of luxury. It feels like you have an entire hotel to yourself. The attention to detail is impeccable from the soft robes, to the hand selected art and bathroom sinks cut from huge crystals, all combining to make the villa feel as though you aren’t a stranger and can truly get comfortable, make yourself at home and relax. Although I only stayed with my partner this time, I will certainly be coming back with my family. I can already imagine the nights spent together utilising the enormous kitchen, taking food made with locally sourced ingredients out to the dining area around the pool and watching the sunset over the Pacific. The onsite managers helped coordinate activities like parasailing, ATVing, and zip-lining and were incredibly helpful in their knowledge of the area. I cannot wait to come back and stay.

Amazing Experience at Villa Rocas!

Our stay at the Villa Rocas is one of the best travel experiences we have ever had! Starting with the excellent communications with Jessie and Mark who answered all of our questions, to arriving at this amazing property. It could not have been smoother. Everything about our experience was first class. They arranged for a driver to pick us up and we truly had everything we needed including a book of what to do and see in the area. However, the truth is one never needs to leave the property! The home is truly spacious and spectacular, including a chef’s kitchen; amazing bedrooms (each one had its own private terrace); a rooftop party area that was awesome and where we watched the spectacular sunrise and sunsets; an endless pool overlooking the ocean where we literally spotted whales daily; to the outdoor living areas that were just beautiful and unique. Everywhere we looked there was another beautiful piece of art to admire, including a waterfall and river that ran through this astounding property. Our vacation at Villa Roca was truly memorable…. We never wanted to leave! For now, we will hold on to the memories of a vacation to remember and look forward to visiting again! The Benson's

Spectacular Beachfront Home , a memorable experience

My husband and I recently traveled with another couple for a winter getaway to the lovely Villa Rocas. Upon arrival, we were completely mesmerized over the beauty of the property. While the pictures are exquisite, they do not do it justice. From the river running through the house, to the immaculate chef’s kitchen, to every piece of furniture and decor, there was no detail spared . The house managers, Jessie and Mark, were so welcoming and accommodating, catering to every need. We also enjoyed the infinity pool with a swim-up bar and beautiful beach. The sunsets from the rooftop bar were something from a movie. We could even see whales from there! Villa Rocas was not just a vacation rental; this was truly an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back one day with our family.

Spectacular, They Thought of Everything

Our Hosts, Jessie and Mark were awesome. They communicated very easily over emails or WhatsApp and made sure everything was ready for us. Not to mention they are great people to just hang out with, which we did......a couple times. The Turners did well hiring them to manage the property and website. The House, exceeded our expectations and I was pleased when I pulled up that we did, in fact, get the whole thing to ourselves. It's pretty impressive. The interior was very tastefully done with several motifs and a wide range of color and taste. It's basically your own little estate on the end of the beach protected by a cliff with no neighbors. Everything worked great and all the little things were there if we needed them. The highway is a nice, easy drive from Cabo San Lucas, the Airport or La Paz. Be aware that the road going in to the property is best served by 4WD as sometimes there are ruts from rain. There are no signs and no pavement so best to pre-plan transportation and Jessie can help. Her recommendation of Cesar was perfect and his communication is spot on and his drivers are pros. We did have friends come over with a rental van, however, and that worked fine, so it's not out of the question. The beach is a wonderful walking beach and we might have seen 10 other people all day. We were there for a wedding in Todos Santos and we picked a great venue, would highly recommend it for families or groups of friends that like to hang out at the beach. We brought in local chefs (Jessie can arrange) the first two nights and loved it! Had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. If you like privacy, security, sun, great food, this could be for you. If you don't have a great time here it's your own fault.

Breathtaking! One of a kind.

We drove up to a breathtaking ocean view with the house right on the beach. With a few steps our feet could be in the water. We entered the spacious house with a direct view of the pool and ocean beyond the open glass doors. Jessie had a pitcher of homemade hibiscus margaritas awaiting us. We settled into our relaxed vacation bliss. Jessie popped over in the evenings with her friendly four-legged helper to see if we needed anything and to provide us with information on local restaurants and shops in both El Pescadero and Todos Santos. She was beyond helpful. Our week consisted of lounging in the pool, walking the practically secluded beach, cooking in the high end kitchen while watching the tide roll in, and lying on the rooftop patio at night counting the shooting stars. We are looking forward to returning to our private paradise, it truly is a one of a kind place.

Amazing! Gorgeous Villa in Perfect Baja Location!

5+ stars all the way! Villa Rocas is PARADISE. Truly. If a world-class ocean-front home perched directly on a Baja beach within a 10 minute drive of amazing restaurants sounds like a perfect vacation for you, then stop looking for other homes and book it right now. My wife and I rent luxury homes all over the world and Villa Rocas (and El Pescadero) has quickly risen to the top of our “favourite places” list. The villa is spotless and VERY comfortable – amazing linens/towels, great beds, fully-loaded chef’s kitchen, private roof-top bar with endless views, hot tub, Netflix, beach-side gas fire pit, swim-up bar, the list of amenities goes on and on. The house managers (Jessie & Mark) are professionals and a class act – SUPER accommodating, very knowledgeable about the Baja coast, activities, groceries, restaurants, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all guests are well taken care of. Really great people. They made our arrangements for airport pick up, our car rental, and even worked with a private chef to ensure a lovely dinner was waiting for us at the house when we arrived. El Pescadero has a quiet beach, good running/walking trails, a yoga studio, and a very welcoming community vibe – it’s also short hop to Todos Santos, Cabo or to La Paz. And world-class surf beach Cerritos is a mere 15 minute walk. Do it.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was truly the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation! Waking up the the sound of the ocean every morning was so nice. We spent a lot of time lounging by the beautiful pool that overlooks the sea. Every corner of this villa is STUNNING. The space has a great balance of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic business retreat

I stayed there for 4 days with my 3 business partners for our annual retreat. What a great destination! Plenty of different spaces for us to sit and converse...all with great views of the ocean. Fabulous kitchen! We didn't want to go out for every meal so we had all the necessary equipment and utensils to make the meals we wanted. Loved the sound of the ocean in the evening. Very responsive caretakers. They were extremely helpful with the operations of the house and quite personable. I enjoyed learning about the area since I have never been there before. In addition, there were several restaurants nearby that were excellent. Can't wait to return again.
