Enjoyed ourselves in 2024, so repeat visit. Once again, enjoyed the property. Very clean, absolutely no bugs, nicely outfitted suite. Good bed, nice linen. Great communication with host, and the roof top deck is a feature that puts it over the top. The new cabinets are a great addition to easily store all your clothes and gear wit lots of room. Already thinking about 2026.

We had a great stay at Cerritos Beach at this property. It is well managed, spotlessly clean, and well located just a few minutes to the beach. The condo complex was very nice, the other guests were respectful and quiet. The views from our private upstairs condo were breathtaking. And our management liaison, Nicte was so helpful in meeting us and taking care to respond to our questions promptly and thoughtfully. We would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the neighbouring eateries but mostly the gorgeous beach. It’s so long, there’s the busy surfing section but you can walk a bit and have plenty of your own space.The pools good for kids but kind of cold for us .Really enjoyed the rooftop patio -sunsets and barbeque

We returned to Cerritos this year and stayed 2 weeks. We just love this place and hope it somehow stays the quaint little surf town that it is. The amount of construction in front of the condo is a little alarming. We are so glad for the rooftop so we can still see the ocean We love going to all the little restaurants in the area and were excited to see some new additions. The new closet in the condo is wonderful!! We hope Howie and Maggie will rent to us again next year the rooftop

I've stayed in this complex before and the reason it drew me back, because of the pristine grounds and the proximity to the beach. Now they've added a wonderful coffee shop next door. This unit will be my favorite for my husband and me! The pictures are exactly how the unit looks! Very well maintained. The property manager was easy to reach and very responsive! I loved the rooftop deck in the evenings. Casa Maya next door had wonderful food, and even gave my husband some aloe for his sunburn. We will definitely be back as soon as possible! Thank you for everything!!

We found everything about the property to be top shelf for our trip. Very clean, grounds and pool top notch, location and vibe in the area was perfect for us. Roof top terrace a special gem for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Bed was great, and room well outfitted. We were welcomed as soon as we pulled up - in very good hands answering all our questions and getting us settled. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I had a short visit in Cerritos to surf for a few days and this property was the perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and right next door to a delicious cantina. Hosts and property managers were pleasant in communications prior to arriving and during check-in. Place was clean and exactly what we expected it to be- small, charming with fabulous rooftop space and pool. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is ideally located just steps from both the beach and the best food in the area. The space itself is great for a couple, and the roof deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and a bottle of wine. The property managers are extremely responsive, helpful, and fast. We had an excellent stay!

This trip was an awesome experience, mainly because of the condo. The entire experience (booking, arrival, location, cleanliness and ease) made this one of if not the best property we have booked through VRBO! We have been to Cerritos & stayed in this complex before. This unit has a premium ocean view and excellent location. The booking process was simple, and Howie was very accommodating when we had to adjust one day for airfare booking. He check in process was easy and Nicté (on site manager) was extremely fantastic! The unit is very clean and stocked with all the essentials that you would need. We cooked a lot on the rooftop patio grill and enjoyed the sunsets! Again best spot to enjoy all that Cerritos has to offer. The location makes it easy to get everywhere. We will be back and would definitely rent this unit if we come without our kids. Highly recommend this property!!!

We had a wedding to attend at the beach in Cerritos. This place was perfect. We walked to everything. Barracuda's for tacos around the corner, Shaka's for the welcome reception - walked home in the dark and it felt safe. Right outside the unit to the left is a great coffee/smoothie/acai bowl place. It was quiet at night. The bed and living space were clean and comfortable. We didn't get much time to enjoy the upstairs outdoor patio but it does have a lovely view. The complex was perfect for wedding guests to stay. Ah - and the unit has a water dispenser with filtered water!!! Overall, Cerritos felt like Hawaii 50 years ago with it's dirt bumpy roads and laid back feel. We loved it.

We absolutely fell in love with Cerritos. It is a laid back village filled with friendly people. The condo we stayed at was immaculate with glorious views of the sunset We had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved going to many of the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The owners had a list of their favorites and we found a few on our own. It was a perfect 11 days. The only wrong was - we didn't want to leave. We are hoping to return next year but for a longer amount of time.

A spotless, full amenity condo in a cool complex. This unit is the nicest one of the lot with awesome sea and mountain views. Beach is right there and the complex pool was awesome! Communication and check in was a breeze and our host Nitche was super helpful and gracious. Several dining options close by. Advise picking up food stuffs in Cabo if you plan in cooking. Highly recommended.
