La casa increíble, cumple perfectamente con las expectativas del anuncio. El trato del anfitrión excepcional, muy preocupado en todo momento por nuestro bienestar, muy detallista. La casa muy limpia, ideal para hacer barbacoas y paellas.

Had a wonderful week
The garden and house are well maintained and the area around the pool is wonderful and we pretty much spent all of our days and evenings there. The house is also in good shape, all rooms have fans and airconditioning. The garden is well fenced for the dogs. Most importantly the hosts were very responsive throughout the preparation and the booking. And when we had some car trouble on the way they were very helpful in making sure we still had a smooth arrival and forgot about that situation in no time. Great place, we definitely intend to come back.

Un jardín estupendo
Fenomenal, está completamente equipado, no falta de nada, el fuego a tierra da sensación de bienestar, el jardín grande, espacioso y perfectamente estructurado, el anfitrión hizo lo imposible porque estuviéramos a gusto y lo consiguió, recomiendo el lugar, pasamos una semana en familia muy buena

Estancia muy agradable
La casa es ideal para10 personas. Está todo muy limpio y bien equipado. No falta ningún detalle. Los anfitriones excelentes, el contacto con ellos fue muy fluido, nos informaron sobre la zona, no encontrábamos sitio para comer un arroz y ellos mismos nos reservaron un restaurante dónde comimos espectacular!. El exterior de la casa es genial.. piscina, hamacas, Ping- pong, petanca, una glorieta donde se está súper agradable, una terraza arriba, el porche... muchas zonas diferenciadas que crean espacios que favorecen la convivencia y compartir unos días muy agradables en familia y/o amigos. Recomendamos 100% Este lugar. También es muy bonita la zona. Paseos por el Camino de ronda, baños en las agradables playas, visita al Delta del Ebro... Hemos pasado unas muy Buenas vacaciones de Semana Santa.

Estancia perfecta
El jardín es exactamente cómo aparece en las fotos. Es un lugar precioso muy bien diseñado y con suficiente espacio para disfrutar con la familia y con niños. Los días que estuvimos hizo muy buen tiempo, y aunque por la noche hacía en la calle algo de frío, la casa cuenta con una cálida chimenea y bombas de calor en todas las habitaciones, así que estuvimos de maravilla. También hicimos buen uso de la barbacoa y piscina :D El propietario, Antoni, fue muy amable y desde aquí le doy las gracias por la acogida y en tenerlo todo bien dispuesto para que no nos faltara de nada. Sin duda 100% recomendable. La disfrutamos mucho. Volveremos a ir.

Séjour excellent !
Une magnifique propriété avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Maria et son fils Antoni ont été très aimables, ils nous ont accueilli lors de notre arrivée et nous ont renseignés sur les endroits et restaurants à découvrir. Séjour début mai 2024, nous avons eu beau temps, de quoi profiter du barbecue et de la piscine. Les supermarchés sont un peu éloignés, utilisation de la voiture obligatoire, il faut penser à faire la réserve de courses mais nous le savions avant de venir en se renseignant simplement sur Google Maps ;-) Deux frigos sont à disposition donc aucun problème pour stocker les boissons au frais, un vrai + ! Merci encore, nous reviendrons peut-être dans la région un jour.

Simply fantastic.
We wanted a quiet villa to relax in with privacy and peace and this is exactly what we got here. The villa is stunning and set in a really quiet area of El Perello, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beach. There are shops and restaurants only a few minutes’ drive away in L'Ampollo with bigger supermarket and more restaurants a little further in L'Ametlla de Mar (circa 20 mins drive) so you can get all you need, or you can simply relax in the villa in absolute silence. The villa itself is beautiful and can sleep up to 10 people easily, but we were just the two of us and it was ideal. The gardens are beautifully kept, and the fabulous pool is cleaned twice a week, but for us, while refreshing, the pool was a bit cold to use in April. The host Antoni could not have been more helpful, providing information before we arrived, and gave us all the information and steer we arrived as needed (he even let me use his mountain bike while I was there!). I cannot recommend this villa enough if you want a peaceful break in a beautiful villa with stunning views. If you are looking to party, it’s not for you!

Casa y anfitriones encantadores
La casa es espectacular y la amabilidad de Antoni y María Cinta más aún. La casa realmente reúne TODOS los requisitos de un perfecto lugar para el alquiler turístico. El Perelló-Mar es un pueblo muy tranquilo, más todavía en baja temporada. Para familias que buscan la tranquilidad y el buen tiempo junto al mar es sin duda una de los grandes “highlights” en esta página web. ¡Repetiremos!

Hele fijne vakantie
We hebben hier twee geweldige weken gehad. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, en je kon alles gebruiken. De tuin was groot, en met een hond erg prettig omdat de tuin helemaal omringd was met muren dus die kon geen kant op. Zwembad was top, en werd netjes twee keer per week onderhouden. En dan de gastheer Antonio, wat een ongelooflijke gastvrije behulpzame man. Bij aankomst een plaatpizza en lekker koud drinken, als ik een app stuurde dat iets niet functioneerde kwam hij meteen om het te verhelpen en toen de accu kapot was regelde hij een nieuwe, en bevestigde hij die in de auto. Het was echt een top vakantie en zeker een aanrader voor mensen die een relaxte vakantie willen met een hond!! Gr Danielle, Gertjan en de kinderen

Wonderful villa and swimming pool
We have just had 2 lovely weeks at the villa. 10 people ranging in ages from 0 to over 60. Antoni was very welcoming and helpful, even providing us with information on the area and some nice places to eat! As we had a baby in the group, Antoni arranged for a cot in one of the rooms as well as a highchair and bouncer. The villa is clean and tidy and was perfect for our group. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was brilliant for the warm nights. The large garden is well looked after and there are lots of areas with shade. The swimming pool is lovely and was used daily. The location of the villa is close to a stoney beach and a couple of bars. Wonderful and quiet but we had hired a car and enjoyed some trips out.

Wonderful family holiday!
Great villa, lovely pool and beautiful garden. Antoni and Maria made us feel most welcome and the pizza provided on arrival was greatly appreciated! Nothing was too much trouble and even when the fridge freezer broke down over a bank holiday, he arranged and obtained a replacement immediately. The beaches were lovely too and would definitely recommend a car as we couldn't have managed without one. Their final kindness was to give us and our son's family a gift on our departure. We have many happy photos and videos and great memories of our lovely holiday. Thank you, Antoni and Maria.😊

Sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und der Garten ist großzügig und sehr schön angelegt. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der nahegelegenen Kieselstrand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Fantastic villa, beautiful garden and an excellent and welcoming host
We stayed in the villa for two weeks with our friends and our dogs. We had a wonderful time. The Villa was spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. It was the little things that made it so good, like plenty of towels, coat hooks and loads of wardrobe space ( with plenty of coat hangers that all matched!) Our lovely host Antoni made contact as soon as we booked and was able to help us with any questions before we arrived. Antoni met us at the villa and showed us around and also brought a tray of home-made pastries which were delicious and there were a few starter beers in the fridge! The location of the Villa is lovely and quiet, very close to the beach. We would not hesitate to recommend, and it is somewhere that we would certainly like to return to. Many thanks Antoni for making us feel so welcome.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Gartenanlage
Wir haben hier zusammen mit unserem Hund in der zweiten Septemberhälfte einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir wurden mit einer leckeren Pizza überrascht. Antoni war ein toller Gastgeber der jederzeit für uns ansprechbar war. Da wir durchweg schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns oft in der toll gestalteten Gartenanlage und im Pool aufgehalten. Auch eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Boule Bahn sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist in Laufweite, nur 400 Meter entfernt. Ausflüge ins Hinterland, zum Ebro Delta oder auch nach Cambrils und Salou sind von der Entfernung kein Problem. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Zeit hier, und noch einmal vielen Dank und liebe Grüße an Antoni und seine Mutter Maria. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Jörg und Petra

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Garten direkt in der Nähe des Strandes
Wunderschönes Haus, schönes Pool, schöner Garten... Bietet alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super nett und auch sprachlich hat alles geklappt. Für die heissen Tage gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage.

A fantastic well equipped house with good owners
We had a wonderful relaxed holiday here. It was late in the year but the owners were so kind and looked after us well. The house was very well equipped with everything you need which makes for a great holiday. Garden was beautiful and happily come back.

Sehr sehr nette Vermieter
Wir können uns nur nochmal bei den Vermietern bedanken. Sehr nett und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns so okay. Die Nachbarn rechts (scheinen da immer zu wohnen) streiten mindestens 1x am Tag. Sonst war es sehr leise. Der Strand (Kiesstrand) und die Umgebung war nichts für uns. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Haus war okay. Es könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Die Matratzen waren nicht so bequem. Sehr Hellhörig und die Schränke haben in dem einen oder anderen Schlafzimmer gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys dort. Dies war von der Personenzahl auch grenzwertig, wenn man sich ständig im Haus aufhalten würde. Es war schon etwas eng bei schlechtem Wetter. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer sehr guten Betreuung. Vielen Dank lieber Antonie und Familie

Maison très agréable avec beau jardin et belle piscine . Proximité plage de petit cailloux . Voiture indispensable car aucun commerce accessible à pied. Excellente communication avec Antoni qui est très disponible . Idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en oubliant les tracas du quotidien. Merci.

Traumhafte Ferien
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sauber, praktisch und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es aber vor allem der Garten angetan. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Garten und sehr gepflegt. Da das Wetter im Oktober noch wunderschön und warm war, haben wir fast nur draussen gelebt und haben auch den tollen Pool sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch und wir wurden mit einer vorzüglichen Pizza am ersten Abend begrüsst. Vielen, vielen Dank! Es ist alles sehr unkompliziert abgelaufen. Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig. Man hört ab und zu in der Ferne den Zug und die Autobahn. Aber es war überhaupt nicht störend. Das Meer ist fast vor der Haustüre und die Gegend bietet auch wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren, Laufen und Biken. Wir haben es total genossen. Und wir haben für nächstes Jahr bereits wieder gebucht!!

A fantastic holiday!
We were a party of 10, made up of 2 families. The home was very clean, and the outdoor area was beautiful. Antoni and Maria were wonderful hosts, and looked after us very well, with a few very thoughtful touches. It was everything one would want from a villa holiday. Would definitely recommend it!!

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. The gardens were wonderful,giving us lots of space and the pool was used every day,our granddaughter loved it! It was very well equipped inside, with everything you need. The pizza and soft drinks on arrival were a lovely gesture. Everywhere was very clean .

très belle villa, parfait!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette superbe villa, magnifique! La maison est très bien équipée et les extérieurs juste magnifiques. Propre, arborés. Belle piscine, barbecue, terrain de boules, table de ping pong... La situation est également très bien: très calme avec de belles promenades sur le front de mer, petites plages. La vue y est splendide. De plus Maria Cinta et Antoni sont adorables .Ils prennent le temps de nous donner de bons conseils sur la région. Bref, nous recommandons cette villa sans problème, nous ne trouvons aucun point négatif, tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Prachtige tuin! Compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning! Prima ontvangst!
Ondanks het slechte weer, toch mooie vakantie gehad in deze compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning! Bij mooi weer is deze accommodatie geweldig! Prachtige tuin met alle mogelijke voorzieningen, prieel, zwembad, jeu-de-boules baan, tafeltennis, hangmat.
