Escape to a peaceful mountainside retreat in Casitas Coronado, a quiet gated community on El Paso’s west side. Pine Ridge Retreat is a spacious two level townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, including 3 en suite, multiple living areas, a private patio, balcony, fireplace, BBQ grill, and mountain surroundings.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, private en suite bathroom, and direct patio access. A second downstairs bedroom includes two bunk beds with two full beds and two twin beds, a Smart TV, private en suite bathroom, and patio access. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with twin trundle beds, including one with a private en suite bathroom and skylight.
The home also offers a separate office and relaxation space with a queen air mattress available for additional sleeping accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, two refrigerated air conditioning systems, and a two car garage.
Guests have access to the community swimming pool and tennis courts using the electronic access device provided inside the home. Community rules and posted hours must be followed.
Franklin Mountains trails are within walking distance, while restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and other West El Paso attractions are just a short drive away.
Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Vehicles may not block the street or park on the grass. Large trucks and work vehicles should park before entering the roundabout area.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

No Parties
Parties may be allowed only with prior approval and may require an additional fee. Small gatherings must also be approved in advance.

No Smoking
Smoking, cannabis use, vaping, or strong odors are not allowed anywhere inside the home.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notice and the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds, sofas, chairs, and other furniture.

Linens & Furniture
Please take care of towels, linens, furniture, and décor. Food and drinks are not allowed on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture. Charges may apply for stains, damage, or excessive cleaning.

Breakages
Please let us know about any accidental damage as soon as possible.

Trash
Please place all trash in the designated bins and do not leave food or excessive garbage behind.

Furniture & Items
If you move furniture, lamps, chairs, or other items, please return them to their original place before checkout.
