La pasamos muy bien, lindo lugar! Lo único que estaba preparado e intentaron cobrarnos una segunda vez el importe, el baño estaba lleno de hormigas, la piscina es increíble y la comida del restaurante fue muy buena. El último día había un ruido de construcción con maderas que arrancó a las 8am, poco deseable en la luna de miel

El spa no estaba disponible y no se nos habia informado con antelación a nuestra llegada. El acceso al hotel es malo, debes andar por la arena de la playa y llamar para que te pasen a buscar a medio camino. No hay internet en las habitaciones y tampoco en el restaurante Nos te ofrecen actividades alternativas (yoga, por ejemplo) para los días que hace mala mar

Pretty but could be better.
The resort is very pretty and has an amazing view to Cadlao mountain. There is limited WiFi and the food requires improvement. It was very greasy. I also had an issue with a flight that made me lose one night at the place. They were unwilling to refund me.

El hotel muy bonito y acogedor
El hotel muy bonito. Precio calidad muy bueno. Está a 10 - 15 min caminando de la ciudad del nido pero hay tuk tuk del hotel que te pueden llevar en todo momento si quieres evitar la caminata. El Wifi solo funcionaba en la recepción del hotel lo cual sirvió para que nos desconectáramos.

Extremely beautiful! Best sunset in all El Nido! You have to stay a whole day in the resort. Totally worth it! The breakfast is good, and they have tours that depart from the hotel to Island hoping, so you dont have to visit the city. Only bad thing is you can not pay the tours by card, while the other places I stayed in received card

Sitio con maravillosas vistas, pero : trato de personal antipático y pasotismo total frente a los clientes, restaurante con personal pesimo que no saben ni coger una comanda, directora del hotel que se rie frente a cualquier queja de un cliente acceso al hotel complicado, no llegan los taxis y debes esperar a que un triciclo te lleve y te devuelva al hotel cada vez que entras o sales de este. Masajistas bordes y antipaticas, aparte de dejarte peor el cuerpo al salir del masaje que al entrar. Obreros con compresores todo el dia picando hormigon frente al restAurante y piscina, cuando se vende como un lugar de relax.... Piscinas sucias. Habitacion sin nevera, cuando se vende como reSort de lujo. Pero sobre todo: trato pesimo del personal.

Pequeño y precioso resort en El Nido
El hotel está muy bien, con las habitaciones en cabañas. La zona de la piscina está muy chula con el bar muy cerca. Tiene dos zonas de piscina que están siempre muy tranquilas.

Recomiendo 100% este hotel
Estuvimos en este hotel solo una noche porque no había disponibilidad para más días y lo recomiendo 100%. El hotel es precioso, las vistas espectaculares, los cuartos están fenomenal, los jardines cuidados y el restaurante es muy bueno y agradable. La puesta de sol desde el restaurante es una de las más bonitas que he visto nunca.

No vale lo que cuesta
El hotel está bien, aunque no para el precio que cuesta. La habitación es normal y el baño un poco básico. Lo mejor es la ubicación y las instalaciones que incluye, tanto los jardines como las dos piscinas. Sin embargo, el personal es claramente su peor enemigo. Su tarea es de cara al público y en ocasiones tenías que exigirles las cosas, tanto en la recepción como en el bar (desayuno). Su falta de interés y de ganas de trabajar es evidente y no ayuda a percibir una buena experiencia del hotel.

Si vas a El Nido y quieres estar tranquilo, comodo y en un hotel calidad-precio inmejorable, Cadlao es la mejor opción.

Cosas que faltan: internet decente, frigobar Pero por sobre todo la disposición a ayudar al pasajero es nula, no tienen ninguna capacidad de resolver problemas menos de ayudarte a resolverlos Necesitamos hacer un check in del vuelo del cual partíamos al otro día! Del celular fue imposible hacerlo debido al pésimo wifi. Solicitamos si nos podían ayudar prestándonos 5 min uno de sus computadores y después de 5 min hablando entre ellos en filipino nos dicen que NO. Esta no fue la única situación de su mal servicio en cosas que son meramente de voluntadas.

Resort cómodo y muy agradable
Es un resort precioso y con una gran calidad y amabilidad en el servicio. El desayuno impresionante. La infinity pool es perfecta para relajarse.

Hotel agradable frente a la bahía del Nido
Se trata de un pequeño y bonito hotel al norte del Nido, en primera linea de costa. La ubicación está un poco alejada de las calles principales, aunque eso permite que tenga unas vistas preciosas en primera línea del mar. Además, el hotel ofrece un servicio de triciclos gratuitos que te acercan al pueblo en menos de 5 minutos. A pie el recorrido se hace en 10-15 minutos. El personal del hotel es francamente agradable, atento y educado. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas: nosotros teníamos un bungalow deluxe, con vistas al mar, y el sitio era agradable, aunque como he dicho, un poco ajustados de espacio para dos personas con maletas grandes. La cama muy cómoda; también contaba con aire acondicionado potente y ventilador, aunque para que funcionase era necesario dejar una llave especial dentro de un interruptor, y el problema es que esa llave iba unida, e inseparable, a la llave de la habitación, de tal manera que no puedes cerrar la habitación por fuera y dejar el aire funcionando para que se refresque la habitación en tu ausencia, aunque como era potente y la habitación pequeña, se lograba rápidamente una temperatura agradable. El baño era cómodo y funcional. También contaba con una agradable terracita con dos sillas y vistas a la piscina y al mar. Las instalaciones del hotel son agradables y funcionales: cuenta con dos piscinas, una de ellas en primera línea frente al mar, desde la que se pueden ver unos increíbles atardeceres. El restaurante del hotel es agradable.

Excelente en el trato , en el restaurante , en la tranquilidad y en las zonas comunes y vistas , realmente un lugar para descansar muy cerca del pueblo , eso si hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso al pueblo es o 15 min andando o en el vehículo que el hotel tiene para ello y que tiene horario de 8am a 10 pm , los triciclos normales no se pueden utilizar por la estrechez de la única calle que permite acceso al pueblo por carretera de los triciclos , por cierto el desayuno ( a la carta ) igualmente perfcto

The staff was helpful, we were able to get everything we needed at the resort including information about how we can sign up for the popular tours. Our room was comfortable right next to the pool and we enjoyed our view from the room of the ocean and Cadlao island

The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price.

All staff members are courteous and with good customer service. The food was great too! I enjoyed riding the toktok to and from the town plaza. The transportation is 24/7 as well as customer service. Will come back.

Located close to downtown but a little off the beaten path. My wife and I wished we could stay longer. Three pools to choose from, good food and service, comfortable rooms, and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend.

If you want an “island” style of serenity, this is the place! It takes you away from the city hussle and bussle and gives you the relaxation needed. We stayed in a poolside cottage and it was worth every penny. The customer service was top-tier, everyone was so friendly and so attentive. The resort a little off-ways from the town but still within walking distance (10-15 min) OR they offer a free tuk-tuk service to Bring you closer to the town (5 min walk from checkpoint) - you can also call them to bring you back :) The free breakfast was amazing and the views from the resort of Cadlao Island was mesmerizing. All in all we had a great stay and it was the perfect place to bring my boyfriend to experience the “island life” for the first time! 10/10 would come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found it a relaxing place to stay. With pools being in separate areas it meant the guests were spread out and didn't feel crowded. The location was quiet and was only a 10-15 walk into El Nido town. When we didn't feel like heading out the restaurant dining options were quiet reasonable and tasty too. The massage was excellent too

The property is excellent. I taken some score on cleanliness as the pools felt a bit dirty at times. The staff was generally friendly although I have to take some score out as they made some jokes that I found inappropriate. I appreciated the tuk tuk complimentary service to town and the views were excellent.

Very happy with my stay here. Customer service definitely stood out to me; the resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful (amazing view of Cadlao island from the pools and restaurant) and the rooms are clean. Location is a bit far from the town proper, but they offer free tricycle/tuktuk rides to and from town. Loved my stay here and would definitely book with them if I ever travel back to El Nido.

We stayed the first night in one of the smaller duplex rooms but then moved into one of the pool cottages, the view was spectacular, the service was great and the location , close to the main town but a few minutes walk away was perfect

직원들은 친절하고, 숙소는 청결하고, 주변환경도 너무 멋져요, 밤에는 아주 고요하고, 밥도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 방에 TV도 없고, WIFI가 느려서 방에서는 잠만 잤어요. 시내를 왔다갔다 하는데, 툭툭이를 이용하다보니, 그닥 불편하지 않았습니다. 마지막날 이른 아침 비행기로 출발이었는데, 호텔에서 이은 새벽에 샌드위치를 챙겨주어서 공항에서 먹을 수 있었습니다.
