"The cabin was perfect for my family and our needs. We were in Glenwood Springs for the weekend to visit my granddaughter who attends CMC. "My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to town (5-10 minutes). The owner was quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. The house was historical and charming. This didn't bother us at all, but there was someone staying above us. Not sure if they lived there or if it was a business, but they were very quiet and didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend this place if you want an affordable and cool place to stay!"

"Great location and property. Only "negative" is I wouldn't have qualified this property as dog friendly. While dogs are allowed there are many rules about how they need to act and stay at the house and any violation of those results in additional charges. If I could have seen those rules before booking, I don't think I would have booked here for my furry friends."
