The villa is provided with three bedrooms, one with a 1.35 mt-wide double bed, one with two 90 cm-wide single beds and the third bedroom with two 1.10 mt-wide single beds; this way, up to six people can comfortably spend their holidays here. The bedrooms are provided with radiators that ensure an optimal temperature. There’s a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a nice living area to complete the layout of the accommodation. The dining-living room features two sofas, a dining area and a massive fireplace to warm up the ambience in winter. This room is also provided with air-con, and it shares space with a fully equipped open kitchen.

The porch with the breathtaking views is provided with an outdoor dining table to enjoy your meals in a cosy and intimate environment, as the villa lies on a 9,000 square-metre plot on a hilltop near El Gastor and the Sierra de Lijar. The nearby pool area welcomes a huge private pool, sun loungers and a parasol to ensure you enjoy the most relaxing time ever. A barbeque and a parking lot complete the outdoor facilities of the villa.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 1.2 km-long unpaved lane.
