Luxery apartment "Dali" - Almerimar - 1 bedroom
- The PORTO FINO complex is situated in the centre of Almerimar near the beach and the marina, 100m of the golf-course, next to the supermarket. Restaurants & tapa bars are only at 500m.
Our well-furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor within the quiet PORTO FINO complex. From the terrace you have a nice view of the Marina and the sea.
PORTO FINO is built around the harbour that hosts many Sea-food restaurants, Chinese, Italian and good Spanish cuisine. Cafeterias, Tapas Bars all situated around the 3 sail-boat harbours.
GOLF is a great activity in the area and Porto Fino Complex in front of the 27 holes top class Golf Course designed by Gary Player. On a surface of approx. 802,000 square metres, featuring several water holes and beautiful landscape and lakes that will challenge any experienced golfer.
SWIMMING POOL: The large secure swimming pool for the use of residents is on the 1st floor.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with vitro-ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will find also a vacuum cleaner, washing-machine, ironing board and iron.
THE LIVING ROOM contains a comfortable sofa, a Smart-TV, free WIFI, a bar and is air-conditioned.
THE BEDROOM has a King size bed 180 x 200 with nice bed linen included. A dressing with a lot of storage place for clothing, shoes and luggage, window shutters and also air conditioning. View on the terras and window provided with a mosquito screen.
THE BATH ROOM has a bath/shower, toilet, laundry basket and all towels are included.
On the covered TERRACE there is a dining table for 4 persons.
The cleaning and laundry pro stay is included in the price offer.
Smoking is not allowed indoor, but is tolerated on the terrace.
Water and electricity are INCLUDED.
Secured underground parking space, in option (need to be reserved) for 4€/day.
The tourist office is nearby the apartment: Calle Arquitecto Julian Laguna 55.

Valoracion estancia Almerimar
Nos encantó el alojamiento, lo unico que nos falto fue un microondas para calentar el biberon del bebé, por lo demás todo excelente tanto ubicación como la comodidad del apartamento! Volveremos a repetir!

Séjour très agréable, appartements bien placé, belle piscine (pas chauffée). Toutes commodités à proximité.
Suggestion : un micro onde serait le bienvenu.

Des vacances inoubliables a Almerimar hôte réactif, piscine au top et propre, la plage avec du sable et pas loin du port sinon il y’a celle avec des galets proche du logement également.Logement top Le stationnement proche de l’appartement est très compliqué en plein mois d’août.Merci encore

Very nice holiday appartment with great view to the marina of Almerimar.
The appartment was located in a good area, near a supermarket. The marina Almerimar is about 2 minutes away, super practical as we came here to buy a boat. Susan is very helpful and the appartment has all we need for our daily life. We love the balcony where we can have a beautiful over the marina eventhough we spent the first two days to clean the dust from Africa. Luckily, the wind changed and we didn't get so much dust anymore.We feel " at home " and have enjoyed so much our stay here.

Should we go back to Almerimar we would certainly use this apartment
Access to this apt on the 4th floor is via lifts
All facilities provided and décor are excellent and for a one bedroom apartment it is unusually spacious which always make an apartment feel relaxing. The balcony is spacious and its good views make it also very relaxing place to Sit.
The bathroom is well appointed with good cupboard room to place all toiletries.
The apt cleanliness is one to the best we have used and local caretaker was extremely helpful
English speaking clients who want to watch The 49inch smart Tv (With Netflix access) should note that it only has the facility of Spanish and Belgian, and should consider taking something like a Firestick
