Bien ubicada para Actividades en El Cajon. La señorita del Buffete de desayuno, siempre estuvo de mal humor y con pocas ganas de servir. No entiendo porque algunos hoteles como esté siguen sin hacer la limpieza a diario con la excusa del COVID cuando esto ya se declaró erradicado. Si no van a hacer el servicio de limpieza deberían de rebajar ma tarifa que cobran los suguientes días de la reserva. Tienes que ir a solicitar que te realicen la limpieza y cómo quiera de les pasa hacerla. Por lo demás el hotel es limpio y se encuentra en buenas condiciones.

Con respecto a la limpieza del cuarto, lo hacemos a pedido, sin costo adicional por supuesto. Vacaciones en familia.
Muy buen servicio del personal, el desayuno muy bien y buen estacionamiento. Solo un poco saturado el estacionamiento por la entrada del in&out pero en general muy bien.

One thing that they need to fix is the sliding doors in the shower! It keeps sliding open! You had to put something to prevent it from opening and spilling water outside. Other than that, I love the place!

Hotel is really nice inside. Staff were kind. The in and out burger line makes it hard to get in and out during busy times though. My cat got into the headboard. If this ever happens to you, you need to take the mattress off and there’s an entry point under there along the head board. I wish staff knew this. I called down to them to ask for help. They said this has happened before but they didn’t know the solution to getting her out. Luckily we figured it out. So hopefully this helps someone in the future. Lovely place, would stay there again.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay at this place. Front desk reps were very courteous and helpful. We called the property for an early check in, and they were able to honor our request. Room was as clean as possible, comfortable beds and pillows. The walk in shower was excellent. Room was spacious. So many restaurants in the same compound and it’s so convenient. Just a minute walk to those restaurants, grocery store. Breakfast was great as always.

This was a really nice and clean Hotel and the staff was amazing. However the toilet in the bathroom was like a rocking chair. Seems like it could be a safety hazard!

Nice Accommodations
We had a great experience in our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Though we didn't use them this trip, the exercise room and equipment was outstanding as well.

The staff was friendly and polite, very professional, and accommodating. I loved the property features, great rooms with microwave/fridge, pet friendly, 24 hour gym with Peloton bike, complimentary breakfast and parking. I chose this location to be near family and overall it was great. A drive thru restaurant nearby had looping lines through the parking lot but staff advised me and offered a solution. One minor thing, if you need wheelchair access, there is no ramp on the rear of the building so you have to go around the hotel but that’s a design issue and no fault of the hotel operations. I will stay here again when returning to visit family.

We were hesitant to stay in El Cajon…but it was a really nice, clean, and safe hotel. Also the beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Room was comfy but compact. Tiny little garbage can in room and bathroom. Too small for no daily room cleaning. Vould hear people above us banging around through the night. Breakfast was pretty good but could have a few more healthy options. Front desk was very nice.

It was a very nice stay and the hotel was very clean and nice. Only thing is there is an in- and-out in the same parking lot making it hard to park in the front of the hotel. But would stay there again.

Laura/front desk was friendly and had great customer service. The cook Anita was very helpful and offered assistance when making breakfast. The only thing that didn’t go to well was the flush on the toilet in our room. However after notifying staff they suffered us another room right away.

Homeless leave a lot of trash around the property. It would behoove the hotel staff to keep the parking lot and immediate area around the hotel free of trash and other debris.
