"Excellent house in great location for visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. House is bright, comfortable and very clean. Very comfortable master bedroom. Jason is an excellent host. When I contacted him with a minor question upon arrival he was very quick to respond and offer his help. I would definitely recommend this property to family/friends and anyone traveling to the area. (Dates of stay-September 29-October 1, 2025)"

"House is great!! Very clean, well decorated, and lots of amenities (jacuzzi, corn hole, pool table, air hockey, etc). Kitchen is also well stocked. I brought stuff just in case and we didn’t have to use it. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room - 5 bedrooms, loft and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Two en-suite bedroms on the main bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom on the same level was great! Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive to all messages. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!! "

"Great communication with owner Plenty of kitchen supplies and well-stocked bathrooms with lots of towels, shampoo, soap. Comfortable beds. The cool vintage stove and oven run hot (watch things very closely). This didnt impact us, but, there is earth moving going on at the property line with a steep drop off on one side. Parking for boat was very convenient with plenty of space to park and turn around. "

"The Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family getaway! We had a wide range of ages, between 6 months and 39 years, and everyone had a good time. The house was beautiful. The views were incredible. We had everything we needed to make big breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen. The rooms were so comfortable. And the hot tub was a hit! We will definitely be coming back again."
