The doors are 90 cm wide and have a sound insulation rating of 2; the interior walls of the bedrooms also have enhanced sound insulation. The building is heated with underfloor heating. Amenities include an oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet with a handicap, two sinks, and a walk-in shower (1.40 m x 1.25 m). All windows (except the guest toilet) are equipped with electric blinds. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a continuous, barrier-free terrace of 81 sq m (16 sq m of which is covered) with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is accessed via a 1 m wide, barrier-free front door directly from the carport. Three parking spaces are available, one of which is covered.
