We are glad that there were some positive aspects of your stay. I am a little disappointed, however, that you made a comment about how you were asked at check out if everything was ok. When you book through Expedia, we are required to respond to negative guest feedback right away. I reached out to you immediately via email. I also reached out to you at check out because I wanted to make sure that if there was something that you were not happy about, we would address this in person. After I asked you, you said that there were no issues and that you must have pushed the wrong button. You could have addressed these concerns/complaints at that time personally with me. But to say that the staff was not pleasant when all I wanted to do was talk to you about your displeasure is not fair. We do appreciate your feedback, and do want our guests to have a positive experience with us when they stay.
