An amazing cabin for a fun few days away. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you could think of plus more. Communication with the host was very prompt and they were very accommodating with check-in. We hope we can visit again.

Incredibly welcoming and at-home feeling when we stayed. We were blown away by the Halloween decorations and how elaborate and tastefully they are done. We felt comfortable the moment we pulled into the private drive. You can tell the owners care for this house like they live here as well (not just any rental property). We never had to contact the owners (which is rare when staying at a rental house). Well done - we will absolutely be back next year. Thank you!

Beautiful house, beautiful location.

The house was beautiful, and the communication with the owners was frequent and complete. For those traveling with responsible adults, it offers a wonderful refuge and is close to many of the local attractions. We had a small child in our group, and that did make me a bit nervous as there are decorations and items in reach that could be breakable. We did not have any issues, but I was on guard to make sure.Overall, a great location for a family or friends getaway.

Absolutely Perfect

We were blown away by this place. Easily the best VRBO we've stayed at. The cabin is beautiful, inside and out. Tons of space, and to say it's fully furnished would be an understatement. They have thought of every detail that someone might ever need during their stay and furnished it. We were two families of 4 with kids ages 6-10 and they had the time of their lives. We would (and probably will) stay again without hesitation.

This property did not disappoint. The living space is well decorated, comfortable and spacious. The location worked well for our family - it was conveniently close to our Door County relatives and only a 5-7 minute drive to Egg Harbor’s and Carlsville’s shopping, wineries and restaurants.

Great Cabin!

Had a wonderful time at the Hazy Hideaway. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very relaxing atmosphere. Loved how secluded it was while still being a short drive to the shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Hazy Hideaway Stay

Beautiful cabin. Was very comfortable. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, playing shuffleboard, and playing board games at the kitchen table. Comfy beds. Visited a lot of places in Door County. Restaurants had delicious food! Got in some R&R too! Time passed by quickly as we had so much fun. We all want to go back when we have time!

Amazing Door County Getaway

We spent three days at this amazing property in Door County! The Hayes family was extremely accommodating and very responsive to questions prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this property! We enjoyed the central location to neighboring towns, beautifully appointed seasonal decorations, fully equipped amenities (kitchen, laundry, fully stocked game closet, indoor shuffle board table, fire pit, WiFi, basketball hoop, etc) We look forward to visiting again!

Hallmark Channel like get-away

The Hazy Hideaway is a beautiful and very well maintained house. We had a few questions and Patrick responded immediately. We were snowed in for one day of our stay. With the surrounding trees, radiant floor heating and cabinet full of games— we had a very cozy and relaxing time.

Fall Trip

We loved staying at this beautiful out of the way cabin in the woods. The cabin was well stocked with everything and anything you would need. The owners were very nice and were very helpful. Beautiful spacious log cabin

A beautiful cabin and property in a very quiet setting. The cabin was spotless! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Comfortable beds and furniture. There is a nature preserve adjacent to the property. The owners have created an access path so you can walk out the front door and easily get to the trails in the preserve. The owners are always available for any questions you might have.
