"Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well. We had two massages (don't know the name of the lady) and we were very happy with it. Our only but is the room service/restaurant, as we always had to go down to order, despite having the menu in the room. We had a room facing the lake and it was really spacious, with shower AND bathtub, they give you...

"It's a nice hotel with a good combination of the personal charm of a smaller hotel still with good, modern rooms. It is located very central downtown, so it's easy to reach both architecturally nice strucures in the old town and the beach and Casino are five minutes away by foot. The manager was also very welcoming and nice to chat with while waiting for a ride etc."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
