This was the perfect house for our group of 7 guys. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The shuttle bus service stopping at the house made getting to and from the slopes so convenient. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this house. We plan on returning again next year.

House is in a fantastic location to explore Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen. Close to Avon and Edwards. Beautiful private neighborhood. The house could use some serious decluttering! Too much stuff in the bedrooms and too many items in the kitchen when you opened up a door. Clean out some of the items and make them more organized for a VRBO stay.We had to remove pictures (way too many personal photos) from a table in the bedroom so we could do a couple zoom calls in a private room. Just too much stuff in my opinion for a VRBO. Prefer a more staged experience for this much cash. Again, great location...remove some of the clutter for a better experience.

Just what we needed

Our family of 21 stayed here for a family reunion/50th anniversary. We had tons of space, plenty of activities to do, and the kitchen was able to handle prepping and feeding everyone. The pool was close by and nice to have in the summer. We were even able to get groceries delivered to the house. The house had some quirks as all rentals do, and directions for some things like the A/C and the pool entrance were not correct. But overall this place worked out well. Be aware that if you have more than 18 people there is a charge per person. It did mention an extra charge per person in the listing, but it did not mention at what point it was considered extra people. For the price and location, we would definitely use this house again.

Family trip

We stayed at the property with 12 family members, including kids of various ages. The house easily accommodated our party with many possible configurations, and the bunk room and pool table were a big hit with the kids! We all really enjoyed the quiet and convenience of Arrowhead - including the shuttle to the Arrowhead lift, which was not crowded and provided easy access to Beaver Creek for ski school. Wonderful experience overall!

Big guys golf trip

We had and excellent visit at this property. The ability to house 16 adults in one house for a golf trip was fantastic. While the bedrooms were packed, there was lots of living space upstairs in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. For a summer visit, the large back deck (with hot tub) was awesome and tennis/pickleball access was right next to the house. Communication with the property manager was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Colorado 75th Birthday

The property was well equipped and clean. The location is very convenient to Edwards shopping and multiple recreational options. If you enjoy the outdoors and want the Colorado experience this is a perfect place. If you want to eat out or dine locally or just chill , this is where you should be. The home gets a 5 star and the owner is a premier host who gets another 5 star rating.

Outstanding Location

This house fit our group of 11 perfectly (we had several singles that wanted their own room). As other reviews state, there are a lot of knick knacks. That would be my one recommendation...to clear some of the surfaces...but the house is in good shape, clean, and functionally excellent (especially if you had kids/families). It would also have been helpful to have an actual floorplan up front as our group assigns rooms due to one member having mobility issues. We had an issue with a tv remote and the owner was quick to respond and work through the problem. There was plenty of hot water, even when several folks were showering. We would definitely recommend this property!

Needs a good cleaning

When we arrived for check in the first thing we noticed was that the place did not look clean or tidy. We entered through the garage which was cluttered with all sorts of the owner's personal belongings, so much so that you could not park your car in there. The house was as it looks on line except you could quickly notice the lack of cleanliness. It just looked like it needed a good deep cleaning and some attention to details. We noticed spider webs and a few spiders in the bathrooms, the dishes and silverware needed washing or rewashing before we could use it, and there was pet hair in many places so much that our eight year old grandson got sick the first night. He and his family ended up having to relocate to a different house after that first night. The other reason they did this was they just were not comfortable with the level of uncleanliness there. My wife and I have owned a place there in Arrowhead and we rent it out quite a bit through VRBO so we are familiar with the standards and levels of expectation of renters there. This place was a disappointment in a number of ways, in addition to those mentioned here. I feel that due to the lack of cleanliness, the pet hair problems. and one of our families having to relocate we should be reimbursed for the cost of their relocation over six nights. Please let me know your thoughts on that.

Great Ski House

We had an excellent stay with a large family group of kids and adults. House has space for big groups and excellent sleeping accommodations. The Arrowhead ski bus worked perfectly. I would recommend this house.
