Wonderful respite
Enjoyed the peaceful setting and proximity to the ski lift. The grounds, pool, hot tub and most importantly, the unit was very clean and quiet. The unit was very well stocked with everything one needs. Will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Beaver Creek.

Lock didn't work but over-all a great place
I thought the Spruce Tree Lodge was a great place. Also, Arrowhead was great! The issue we had was the door didn't lock when we left for the day of skiing or heading to town. We called the folks at Vacasa and discussed the situation and they said they had to send a technician to solve the dilemma. The technician showed up at 4:00 on the day before we were leaving and had to replace the whole locking mechanism. That means our belongings including several computers and tablets along with our personal items were wide open to anyone who might want to come inside and steel them. Fortunately, this didn't happen but it did make the whole trip stressful. The opposite of why we rented the lodging. This is the only reason for me not rating this a 5 star.

Try Arrowhead
It’s a perfect condo for a quick skiing getaway. Very close to the lift. Perfectly furnished. Only thing to realize is that the second bedroom has bunk beds and not a bed for 2.

It was great see below. Only issue at check in didn't have right codes to get in.
The codes for getting into the garage and the unit were not provided and when they were they were incorrect. Finally got in room was clean and nice location. The toilet ran alot and maintenance came to fix it. Thank you. All in all a great stay and beautiful setting for the honeymoon. Comfortable bed.

Place was not cleaned according to Covid standards; the LR furniture is uncomfortable to si
Location of the unit is great. However, the cleanliness, the fact that there were no handy directions on trash removal, how do use things example TV, etc. The guest bedroom bed mattress is quite soft.I sent an email outlining the issues that we had on our arrival, and never heard anything after that.
