Beautiful & modern
We loved our time - the little kitchen for the toddler in our crew, the ability to have a doggie on site, and the ease of modernity of the place! We loved it. We learned to keep the heat flow throughout the house, it's best to keep bedroom doors open as the upstairs queen bed room was quite cold - and - the master tub doesn't have a temperature gauge on its faucet, which was a little tricky to get the right bath temp + it splatters a bit when filing, so towels need to be on the floor. Otherwise fabulous stay and we'll be back!

Perfect Edward’s home
The house is beautifully designed, large open living/kitchen, master on main floor, 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. The property backs onto Edward’s open space, so house is light and airy. The house is extensively stocked. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The property was such a wonderful location! Huge picture windows that look out on open space, comfy furniture, super cute decor and just a quick drive down to restaurants and shops. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Location!
We’ve stayed in the Edwards area several times before, but this location was perfect with a trail system directly behind the house. The house has everything you need and they even had toys out for my son. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful mountain home
We had a great week long stay. The house is perfectly appointed and in a beautiful location. we loved making meals in the beautiful updates kitchen, playing card game hanging out in the living room. All of the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, each with their own TV. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well appointed with towels, shampoo, and soap. The was a fantastic place to stay for our ski vacation!

LOVED IT SO MUCH!
This was such a great spot - the perfect spot for relaxing, but also close enough to both BC & Vail for some mountain time! We kept saying how great we slept because the beds are INCREDIBLE. There’s so much attention to detail in this space, idk that I’ve ever stayed in an VRBO this well stocked & maintained! We’ll be back same place & time next year and we can’t wait!

Wonderful Stay!
Great property, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. We felt like we were at home. Our dogs also had a great time walking in the open space and making friends with other neighborhood dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, but dirty
The place is beautiful very cozy with amazing mountains views. The location is perfect because it surrounded with supermarkets, gas stations and it close by vail and fisco. The only bad thing is that the entire house is full of dog hairs. I had to vacuum the entire house the first day.

Hi Anita, Thank you for your feedback. I'm devastated and embarrassed to hear about the dogs hairs as we take pride in keeping an immaculate house. The only thing I can think of is that it was a different cleaning agency from the one we typically use. Regardless, that condition is inexcusable and I wish I had known about it so I could have rectified the situation for you guys immediately. I do not tolerate substandard presentation and I have informed the cleaning company about this complaint. Second time…AMAZING!!
Second time staying at this wonderful property! I stayed one year ago, and the property is still in fantastic shape! Melinda is always responsive and wonderful. This place is modern and has all the amenities - a hot tub for winter use would make this property a 6 out of 5…just sayin :-) Thank you for offering this great property at a fair price! Winter Wonderland
This was a rare find and truly a winter wonderland. Entire stay was perfect from beginning to end. Pictures do not do it justice. And most importantly, and always my main concern, it was clean. Great location, close to restaurants and Vail. Will definitely return.

Thanksgiving Break
My family wanted a quick trip to the mountains over the Thanksgiving break and the house was perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and having our coffee while looking out the great window at the mountains.

Lovely House
We enjoyed our stay! Renovated, modern, clean home with lots of style. The stairs to the two 2nd floor bedrooms are a little bit steep. It would be nice if there was a welcome packet with a local’s tips on best hiking trails, restaurants, fun things to do, etc. Overall, we had a great time here and would highly recommend.

Exactly as described!
The pictures are a true representation of this is a beautiful home! Furnishings are exquisite and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hiking trails are just steps away from the front door. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are just minutes away. Would definitely return!!!

Great Mountain Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible house in Edwards, just 15 minute drive to Vail! From the super easy check in, to the gorgeously furnished rooms, we had everything we could ask for in a home. The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking staples and the grill just outside the sliding glass door, made it super convenient. We loved the picture window for reading and napping (our pup), and the hiking trails just outside the backyard. We will definitely come back again!

The decor is amazing! The light fixtures, furniture, appliances are top of the line. The window treatments, bedding, and towels luxurious! We were two dads and two teenage sons for a father-son golf tournament. The house was perfect! We even had time for a hike - right outside the back door! True jem!!!

Amazing home with amazing views.
The home is beautiful, you can clearly see a lot of time and care has gone into the home. The location is amazing, backing up to what appears to be endless open space full with trails to explore. The home has everything you need for a great stay and is just a very short drive from down town Edwards. During our stay we enjoyed hiking, skiing, and fly fishing just a short distance from the home.

Amazing house, great location
The house was gorgeous and very spacious, perfect for the 7 of us and our pups. The location is a 7-minute drive to the closest parking for Beaver Creek but to the main village is about 16 minutes. The best part of the house was the guest bathroom! You have to see it to know what I'm talking about. We will definitely be booking this place again when we visit BC next season.

Outstanding Experience!
This was my first Vrbo experience and most likely has set too high of an expectation for future rentals. This place is built really well with high end fixtures and trims. Love the landscape it is built on and the natural field in the back for the dog to run around in the snow. Thank you for allowing people to have a taste of the hospitality here!

The Perfect Colorado Mountain Escape
My wife, parents, and I spent four days at Melinda and Brian’s home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is stylish, clean, and super comfortable with expansive views of a beautiful open space directly behind the home. The location is only a few minutes’ drive to Beaver Creek and Vail, but just outside of the crowds and congestion. Everyone was happy and still wants to return ASAP!

What a spectacular renovation of their home! We loved our stay and appreciated the opportunity to bring our dogs who loved the snow and open space behind the house. Perfect VRBO - Perfect Communication
Cleanliness and communication when traveling is most important to me when traveling with family and spending our money! This property is amazing. Melinda is even more amazing. The price is fair, beds are amazing, and bathrooms are stunning! This property has EVERYTHING! It’s great that your property is dog friendly…dogs are part of our families! I couldn’t be more happy with the property AND the PREMIER host Melinda. We will stay again next year…and/or earlier! Great house, great area, easy access to Beaver Creek! The open space is great for walks and dogs. This house is my home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and easy! Thank you Melinda-you are the best! Side note: my dog needs to be on the leash, and the back yard is not fully fenced in…for those who want to know. It doesn’t matter…I loved walking my dog and staying active with my dog-Hercules!

We were more than excited to arrive and find the home had been remodeled and completely updated. We had plenty of room to gather in, a beautiful view of a park area and close to town. Fantastic accomodations, two king size beds as well. We will definitely be back.

Updated home and perfect for dogs
My wife and I brought our dog Chester to stay at this house and were blown away by almost everything. For starters, the bedrooms and bathrooms were recently updated, along with the spacious kitchen. The photos of the living room didn't really do it justice, but we found that to also be a very comfortable space with great views of the open space. Our dog loved the yard, but it isn't enclosed, which could be problem for those pooches that like exploring a little too much. The best thing about our stay was the literal backdoor access to the large open space where we would walk the dog. Overall our stay couldn't have been better!

Great house!
I traveled with my husband, another couple and our pup. This house is a great size for a group of friends and dogs. The house looks out to this huge mountain landscape, there’s hiking trails and our dog loved running around. There’s a big bay window in the living room that looks out to the mountains, it’s gorgeous. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, even all the spices. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Location great, comfortable home
King bed was comfortable. Garage parking great. Living room views were awesome. Hike out the backyard was safe and fun. Skiing at Beaver Creek was spectacular during the week with no lift lines. Ive skating at Beaver Creek was fun. Our dog also loved the vacation. The Drunkin Goat allows dogs if you eat outside in their heated tent. Bring ground coffee, filters were provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large, comfortable house with amazing open space
This house exceeded our expectations. Though we only had our family of four, it would have easily fit more people in the large living area with a cozy fireplace or in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and the dining table has a beautiful spruce view. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway, and the town of Edwards has lots of cute shops and surprisingly great restaurants. The best part, however, is the amazing picture window that looks out on the open space, which can be accessed right from the backyard. We enjoyed hiking and sledding out there. I highly recommend this house, and we look forward to returning!

Great Stay in Edwards Near Beaver Creek
Great property. The layout of the home makes it feel much larger than it is and the front row view of the open space and mountains is outstanding. 12-minute drive to the base of Beaver Creek. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Even the dogs didn’t want to leave.
