Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you."

"Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

"We had an amazing time, we love Pismo. Our host was easy to communicate with and extremely generous. We were a little bummed because it was raining and the kids wanted to ride the dirt bikes. It cleared up and we were able to get some great time in. Our host offered to accommodate us by staying an extra night free of charge due to weather (seriously?? Never had this). "Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."

"Enjoyed the property except the 3rd bedroom was not a fit for our group. 80 year olds that need more privacy than walking through the adjoining bedroom. Also too difficult as the beds were against the wall so you would have to climb over each other. One of the couples opted to go get a hotel room."

"Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!"
