"Great location. Awesome cinnamon rolls down the street. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was well equipped for families of all ages. Kitchen was well equipped and we could cook conveniently. Indoor garage was very nice and not having to find street parking. Nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use. I would go back to this place. "

"My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit."

"I grew up in the area, and this location was a surprise and wonderful find!! Easy access to SLO and south, and Morro Bay and north. A beautiful, quiet, country retreat with great amenities and a wonderful host!! Absolutely recommend checking it out!! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts from me, my daughter, and my brother."

"My husband, our dogs, and I, loved our stay at Vista House. The view is incredible, the unit immaculate and the perfect place to relax after an active day. Ryan was a great source of everything dog friendly! We've tried other rentals with our dogs - Vista House felt more private for us and more comfortable for the dogs than rentals amongst the masses. There is plenty of room for them to play and wander like dogs. So we're thrilled not to have to worry about where to stay on our future trips...

"Extremely convenient location in Pismo. Easy and quick walk to beach, pier, restaurants, shops. It is a bit noisy in that area - both car traffic and pedestrians walking/talking and the duplex style driveway that creates an echo chamber. The Owner was very accommodating with us needing additional fans and an air mattress and had them delivered within minutes of us requesting them. House was stocked nicely - but for those that intend on cooking, the pots/pans selection was less than we were...

"I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant...

"Personally, I liked everything, the only reason I'm not going to give it five stars is because I don't agree that if I make a reservation for a five-day stay at the place, they only clean it. On Wednesdays and Saturdays I had to sleep with the same sheets and I had to ask for new towels because I didn't have enough for my four-day, three-night stay at the place. Another thing I didn't like was one of the people who was collecting the dishes and cutlery at breakfast, she was very rude, so everyone else was extremely friendly, except for her. Something else I have to say is that when I requested towels at the property, they didn't bring them to me immediately, but they did bring them to me during the course of the day."

One thing I didn't like was that there was no beach access and that the seating areas and fire pits are turned off at 10 p.m And on the TV in the room everything is blocked by the hotel you can't watch a movie for free you have to pay if you want to watch a movie if you drink a water you also pay.."
