"I arrived early to a super friendly host. Was invited into an open lounge for the quests with a roaring real fire . Offered refreshments and then shown to my room for the night. . Cannot fault the whole experience from start finish . Real home made breakfast, just a lovely environment , and a very good price I would have paid more for this . Thanks again to the host she was super lovely .My only regret is not spending more time there. "

"What a lovely old school pub and hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great (a lot of locals seemed to be eating here too). Room was simple but comfortable and very clean.
