    Walk or take public transit, which is conveniently located right outside your door. Explore the local scene with unique shops, friendly cafes, and delicious restaurants all within walking distance on Jasper Ave or the Brewery District.

    Grocery stores are located nearby and across the street is the Grant Macewan University, or a quick train ride away to the University of Alberta.

    Bike, walk, jog, or segway yourself around the scenic trails spanning hundreds of km`s along the North Saskatchewan River in the beautiful river valley nearby.

    Edmonton is a driving city, so having your own transport is recommended, however, several great options exist for those that do not have a personal vehicle.

    🚌 BUS/LRT: Convenient bus routes connect you to Edmonton’s Bus (ETS) & train (LRT) system, making it easy to explore the city. Use the “ETS Trip Planner” app online for up-to-date schedules and route maps.

    🚗 UBER/LYFT/TAXI: There are many ride-sharing services readily available and provide quick, hassle-free transportation. Download the `Uber` or `Lyft` apps or if you prefer taxis, `Yellow Cab` or `Co-op Taxi`.

    🚘 PERSONAL VEHICLE: The neighbourhood is car-friendly with easy access to major roads and free street parking in most areas.

    🔎 IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

    ⚠️ PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS (AFTER BOOKING) ⚠️

    To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, ALL guests must complete a short pre-arrival process AFTER the booking is confirmed. This is managed through a preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both you and the home. This verified process keeps everything platform compliant and ensures a worry-free stay for both guests and hosts.

    Here’s what to expect:

    ➡️ Choose Your Protection Option
    ‣ Damage Waiver ($56-82 depending on length of stay) – Covers accidental damage up to $700. (No deposit hold required)
    OR
    ‣ Refundable Security Deposit ($700) – Pre-authorization only; collected 24 hours before check-in and released 5 days after checkout if no damages, missing items, or issues.

    ❗Please note: The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional or negligent damage, policy violations, or pet-related issues. Such costs may be charged separately or submitted through a Resolution Center. By booking, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

    🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
    ‣ There is ongoing city LRT construction near the building. Work typically occurs during daytime hours and should not impact your overall stay. Access routes may change, but entry will always be available from the front or back of the building. Please follow posted signage and allow extra time — this is outside of our control. Thank you for your patience.

    🌡️ NO AIR CONDITIONING
    ‣ This unit does not have A/C. It is not common in Edmonton. The concrete walls keep the space cool most of the year, but it can get warmer occasionally. Fans are provided for your comfort. Please do not book if you are sensitive to heat.

    🏢 UNIQUE BUILDING
    ‣ Located in Phase 2 of the 7th Street Lofts, this section complements the historic John Deere building (1929). Guests enjoy high ceilings, concrete floors, large windows, and a private patio, along with access to shared amenities from Phase 1.

    🌆 DOWNTOWN LIVING
    ‣ Being in the heart of downtown comes with city sounds, including occasional sirens from the nearby fire station. Guests can also expect a mix of residents, please stay aware of your surroundings, and do not allow anyone into the building who is not part of your group for everyone`s safety.

    ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
    ‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

    🧳 LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
    ‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.

    📦 MAIL & PARCELS
    ‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible for retrieving, storing, or replacing any mail or packages that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered.

    🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS
    ‣ Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.

    💳 CANCELLATIONS
    ‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

    👤 GUEST SCREENING
    ‣ Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

    ⚠️ LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
    ‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Perfect spot for a short or long term stay! Walking distance to all the hot spots downtown as well as amenities. Easy check in, the pictures of the step by step process of where to find doors and parking were so great! The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and exceeded expectations. Taras and Oksana are very prompt with responses to questions and accommodating requests. We are so happy we chose to stay here, this was a home away from home for our extended stay in Edmonton, thank you again for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very friendly and communication was great. Location was very nice for the purpose of our trip. Unit was very nice and clean, very spacious as well. Would definitely stay again with no concerns.
