There are two units in the walkout basement completely private to each guest. Please let us know if you are disturbed by the other unit's guest or if our rules are broken as we maintain a no noise policy and quiet hours need to be strictly followed as per the city of Edmonton's rules.

There is a washing machine and Dryer close to the entrance of your suite, you have access to this. This is a shared Laundry with just one guest in the other unit.

Exterior security camera is located at the front of the garage outside and at the door bell/ the exterior entrance of the suite, to secure the door outside for your safety.

The unit is located at the walkout basement behind the house, please expect to climb some stairs leading to the basement.

There are two units behind, please check arrival guide for pictures on checkin instructions. The Private units are well labeled for easy identification.

You can get around by car, bus or bike.

Pre-Arrival Requirement
-Guests are to complete a quick pre arrival process through Safeguest, a safe and reliable 3rd party software to verify ID and to ensure a smooth, compliant and stress free stay.

Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $150 per person, per day charge.

Disturbing Neighbors: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay if you disturb the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we want to keep it that way).

Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $30 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
