    Please note: The damage waiver only covers accidental damage. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, policy violations, pet-related issues, or negligence. Yes! Parking was great! There was a visitor parking spot right outside the unit’s gate which allowed for easy unloading and loading. The parking garage was bright and warm and easy to navigate. Condo was clean and uniquely decorated with vintage furniture and decorations, even a record player and some choice vintage vinyl! The patio door was sticky to get in through; maybe a tip in the check in instructions would have helped. That being said they responded quickly to my request for help, and once you know the trick, it was easy to open. Very close to the university and Whyte Ave shopping and restaurants. 10/10
