Mohammed was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quick response time, accommodating. Condo was very clean. This property is close to Roger’s place and downtown, 25min walk from common wealth. Only downfall was the abundance of homeless when we arrived. But this is kinda to be expected in the downtown area.

Very clean and comfortable, and the owner always responded to questions and requests in 5 minutes or less. We were very happy with our stay.Our only concern was the area - seemed to have a lot of homeless people wandering around, but that's Edmonton for you.

You are right across from the rogers center. Location is perfect! Check in was easy, free street parking was available but we chose to use the paid parking so we could see our truck. Pictures were exact of apartment.

The interior of the unit was very good. Clean. The location was great to attend a game but the area outside the property was dirty. Not their fault as it is a homeless area and they left all kinds of garbage and paraphernalia on the entrance way steps.

If Going to Roger’s Centre it’s a Must Stay!

Great property less than a block to Roger’s Centre. Owner was extremely accommodating to letting us get in a bit early, answered all my questions I had, as this was our 1st time using VRBO. Property was very clean and the underground parking is extremely nice in this part of town. Highly recommend this condo to anyone in the downtown Ice District

Exactly as we expected

I stayed there with my 30 year old daughter, we each had our own rooms. We found it extremely clean which we appreciated very much. We were within walking distance from a grocery store and check in and check out went seamlessly. Will stay there again when in Edmonton.

I received no check-in instructions from host at all in the Expedia app I booked this trip with. When I contacted the host via the Expedia app he told me he has no business with Expedia. The property is also mis-represented on Expedia. Overall a terrible experience for us!

Week long stay

My daughter and I were in Edmonton for a week. If you have a car, this is a great place. You are a 5 minute drive from a shopping complex where you can pick up everything you need or forgot. (Safeway, dollar store, London Drugs, Shell gas station, banks). It was also only 15-20 minutes away to Ikea or West Edmonton Mall. The parking garage was easy to navigate. The central air conditioning was very much appreciated. And the property manager was quick to respond to any questions, but we did not run into any issues while we were there. Basic apartment in a great location to watch the oilers or elks

The owner of the property responded to our messages very quickly and was friendly to speak with. If you were looking for proximity to the arena and ICE district, this is it. However, we were not particularly impressed with the apartment and the amenities that it provided. For instance, we had to go looking in the laundry room for towels onday 1 and very few were provided, the bed sheets smelled very strongly of fabric softener which was hard on our allergies, and we ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms after the first day, so we had to share a half roll between the 2 bathrooms for 2 days. We could not watch tv as the free channels kept cutting out and most things were pay per view. We were also not provided any body wash, hand lotion, etc. Overall, the apartment was fine but lacked some of the basics we would expect. Still, a decent kitchen and a lovely host.

the host was very accommodating with our early check in and late check out request due to flight schedule. he is also very helpful and went the extra mile to bring extra bedsheet for us. exterior of the property is a bit rundown but it is comfortable and well equipped once inside.

Excellent place to stay at a very reasonable rate!!Pictures make it look bigger than it really is but by no means tiny, very clean safe and great communication for everything and at the same time privacy was respected!!! Totally recommend if you’re looking to stay in downtown Edmonton. Great job and will be booking this next im in Edmonton 👍👍

Location great for Rogers Arena; though be aware…

We enjoyed the property although had booked the two bedroom with another couple and when the choose not to stay we cancelled the rental; however the cancellation although in writing was not communicated to the owner. So the week prior to our stay having made alternative arrangements for a smaller and less expensive place the owner called to confirm our arrival. When I mentioned that we’d cancelled he hadn’t heard anything from VRBO. I sent home the written cancellation and believed it had all been looked after. The day before travelling to a Edmonton I received a text from VRBO with the arrival instructions only to learn that the owner informed us that we had missed the cancellation deadline despite being in writing within the grace period. As a result we had to scramble to cancel our alternate more reasonably priced alternative as only two were travelling and we no longer needed a two bedroom condo. Rather than losing our payment for four nights we ended up staying at this location. It was a great location for us, but pricey after believing we’d cancelled. We were happy overall with the property and communication with the owner but our take away wasn’t great due to the additional unexpected expense. Take Away- be sure you’ve read the fine print and don’t make assumptions about VRBO communicating with owners.

Oilers Game Getaway

My family and I went to Edmonton to watch an Oilers game and the condo was in the ideal location to walk to Rogers Place. It had a security buzzer on the front door and heated underground parking, which was awesome because the temperature was really cold when we were there. It also made us feel more secure, as the condo is in downtown Edmonton, where the homeless population is more prevalent. The property manager was fantastic. He was very helpful and communication with him was great. Also, it was an easy drive to West Edmonton Mall from the condo. All in all, it was a great stay.

Enjoyed my stay!

Hossain was excellent, warm, friendly and proactive in his communications. He was also very prompt and helpful in his responses. The unit was quite nice with good security. The neighborhood is downtown and a bit sketchy. However, it is very close to both the Rogers Coliseum and Commonwealth Stadium. It is also one block to the light rail and less than a block to bus routes. The unit provided what we needed, where we needed it and Hossain made the stay easy and comfortable.
