    This house is very spacious and inviting - perfect for family stays or business travelers.

    Our large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your meals here - including a nice assortment of small appliances just like you would have at home.

    We have an outdoor space where you will find a dining set, BBQ and fully fenced yard. Just steps away, you have access to our double detached garage where you may park your vehicle.

    Our place is a detached single family home (Not a condo! Not a duplex!) where you will enjoy exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay.

    When you first enter the home through the front door you will immediately see our lovely veranda where we have some seating for our guests that like to spend some time outdoors. Upon entering the home you will be on the main level and our front entry area introduces you to our open concept main floor. On this level we have a large living room that is furnished with 2 comfy couches, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace to keep you cozy. Next you will see our dining area that has a beautiful wood table with enough seating for all 6 guests to enjoy meals together or use as a collaborative work space. Behind the dining area is our Kitchen that features a centre island with additional seating space. In the kitchen we have taken great care to stock the cupboards with all of the tools and necessities you will need when preparing or serving meals. Finishing off the main floor is the powder room and back entry door leading you to our backyard. patio, BBQ & Garage.

    Continuing up to the second floor of the home we have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Sized bed, walk in closet & attached ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and our 2nd full bathroom is located in the hallway for these two bedrooms to share.

    Our basement is not finished, but you may access this space if needed during your stay as this is where the laundry machines are kept.

    The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

    A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

    Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

    For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
