    There is one garage stall for parking, along with one driveway space. There is also access to street parking on a first come first serve basis (all posted signage on the public street areas are the guests responsibility to observe & follow).

    This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has a large, fully fenced backyard, a raised deck & natural gas BBQ.

    This is a beautiful modern, 2 storey home with a single attached garage and huge yard.
    On the main floor you will find an upgraded kitchen (stone counter tops, high end appliances, beautiful cabinetry), fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, cooking tools, pots, pans & small appliances needed to cook like a master chef during your stay. There is an eating bar along one side of the kitchen island with space for 3 to sit and enjoy a meal, and behind that a dining table with seating for 6 people.

    The main floor also includes a bright and sunny living room with couch & desk (if you are in need of a workspace). This level is complete with a 1/2 bathroom for convenience.

    The front and garage entrances give easy access for coming and going, with closets for jackets and racks for your shoes. Off the back patio door you will find a huge fully fenced back yard, raised deck with natural gas BBQ and a path leading you to the front yard.

    On the top level you will find a spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed, walk in closet, & private master ensuite.

    There are 2 additional bedrooms on the top floor, each with a queen bed, closets and night stands. The top level has another generously sized full bathroom with a tub/shower, sink, vanity, bright lighting and toilet. The in suite laundry is conveniently located on the top floor of the home.

    *If you would like to add an additional twin sized cot to your booking for extra sleeping options this is charged at the rate of $10 /day. *Must be requested and paid for in advance to guarantee availability.

    The basement is fully finished to give you ample space to spread out in this house. There is a second living room with a large Smart TV, a sofa and a coffee table. There is a 4th bedroom in the basement, with a queen sized bed & there is also a beautiful 3 piece bathroom in the basement.

    The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

    Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

    Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

    For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

Stay for family was good. I have stayed at other Vrbo properties, this is the only time I had to pay a security deposit when booking. I was told it will be reimbursed within 5 days. Even after three weeks, it has not been reimbursed. Not sure if it is Vrbo's or the property owner who is at fault here!!
