Los cuartos antiguos, habitacion buen tamaño, cerca del metro pero en general la zona no era agradable en un par de esquinas ya que hay mucho indigente, del otro lado poco mas tranquilo.

BOOKED ON EXPEDIA WITH A KOHO MASTERCARD. HOTEL POLICIES SECTION SAYS: HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH, BRING SAME CREDIT CARD AS USED TO BOOK THE ROOM WITH EXPEDIA, ALONG WITH GOVERNMENT ID. WHEN I ARRIVED THE FRONT DESK SAID THEY WON'T ALLOW MY KOHO MASTERCARD TO BE USED FOR A DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ADVISED ME TO CALL EXPEDIA AND ASK FOR A REFUND; AND TO GO TO "ANY OTHER HOTEL" IN THE AREA WHO THEY SAID WOULD ALL ACCEPT MY CARD. I STAYED DOWN THE STREET AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL. EXPEDIA NOW SAYS I GET NO REFUND. $155 ROUGHLY. THE HOTEL POLICIES PAGE DID NOT CLEARLY WARN ME THAT A KOHO MASTERCARD WITH MY NAME ON IT (NOT A DEBIT CARD, NOT A GIFT CARD) WOULD BE DENIED AT THE HOTEL'S FRONT DESK. A CARELESS ATTITUDE TOWARD PEOPLE'S HARD-EARNED MONEY DURING TOUGH FINANCIAL TIMES, BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE USING KOHO MASTERCARD THIS VENDOR DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BACK.

The reason the reservation was charged was because it was a pre paid reservation and that cannot be cancelled from our end, it has to be cancelled through the website it has been booked through. For the credit card we only accept bank issued credit cards which is mentioned on our website as well. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused to you.

We stayed 4 nights at this property for a dance competition and although the hotel was very busy because there were many events happening in Edmonton at the time, we were treated like a priority and had exceptional customer service. We also had a room directly outside the elevator doors, which i initially was concerned about noise, but we never had one problem and other than normal city noise like emergency sirens occasionally, the hotel was very quiet and super comfortable. There was also an extenuating circumstance after we checked out and returned home to Vancouver Island, my daughter noticed she had forgotten a hoodie in our hotel room and after calling the hotel they found it, and arranged to send it in the mail on the next business day. I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff thay assisted me with this and kept in prompt communication all throughout the process. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!

Overall very clean hotel - you can definitely tell the age but they keep it in good shape. Plenty of parking, though keep in mind it's $10 extra per night. Nice location but fairly desolated on weekends/evening because of the unnecessary surplus of parking in the downtown core. I was very happy with the stay and I would suggest to those wanting to be in a central part of Edmonton with plenty of public transportation options.

We had a 4 night stay and found the hotel to be in a great location. Very clean rooms, lots of toiletries and towels. Beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very clean. It is an older place but well kept. We could hear the rooms beside us and if people are talking in the hallways. Great price for being downtown Edmonton.

No fridge in the room. No AC so it was to warm in the room and couldn’t cool it down even with the window open.

It started with the parking. One, there are no directions as to requirements to park. Next when I am held by the traffic arm an older female desk clerk comes out and rudely states that I have to register before pulling in. There are zero signs to inform clients. She hands me a card for my vehicle and I go park. As I am returning to the desk I watch the same clerk let another vehicle park in the lane and she walks with him inside, registers him and walks back with him. There were no restrictions witnessed to his mobility. I register go to my room and it is so hot. I follow all the instructions to no avail. Later I speak to staff at the desk. I was informed that the boiler was just shut off and there was no way they could do to help the situation. I was out of luck. So sleep was attempted in a HOT room. I will never go there again.
