Would not stay again

This is why we liked it: newer house, (mostly) clean and comfortable, relatively close to amenities.This is why we wouldn't stay again: poor parking availability (we parked a block away one night), the sounds from upstairs were loud and sounded like they were moving furniture at 11pm, only very basic amenities like no wash cloths or place to put a suitcase so our clothing was on the floor, it was missing the "cheerfulness" like the ad said (nothing on the walls and it was rather dreary), hospitality was poor, (one wineglass, a coffeemaker but no coffee pods), and the house smelled bad. I did find hair in the bed and considered saying something but it looked fresh and clean besides that so let it go. It was ok if you don't mind all those things but we would never go back. Especially considering the communication from the host was far from warm or welcoming.

Nice and clean place to stay

PROS: The unit was clean and spacious; the bead and couch were comfortable CONS: I received the info to access the property after the check in time and it would have been nice to have additional blankets as the unit was cold. Overall a good experience.

Tidy place for my week-long function at River Cree

Booked this place to save a few hundred dollars over what I would have paid saying at the resort, which was about an 8-10 minute drive. Pros: Very clean, nice bed, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig combo coffee/espresso maker Needs improvement: No place to hang clothes, furniture had no back support (both the sofa and chair are too deep to sit on properly), and the parking was somewhat challenging (parallel parking across from the unit and often a few houses down) Overall it worked out fairly well.

The suite was clean and quiet. The children upstairs did get up very early though and were a bit loud. There was also no thermostat in the suite and it was a bit chilly. The location was perfect and the cleanliness top notch

cold, no heat control. Lack of space by sink for toiletries. No hanger bar to hang clothes. Uncomfortable couch. Unlit address on house. Should have been advertized as basement suite, not house.

Everyone on the listing is accurate! There was street parking. :) I arrived later so it was dark and had to use a flashlight upon arrival but would stay again. Host was great. You can noise from upstairs but it was quiet between 10pm and 8am which is perfect!

Great stay

It was a great place. A little chilly during the hotter days in the evenings as there is no thermostat so the AC runs all night. Other than that, it was great! We will definitely stay again when we are in town again. :)

Amazing place!

Great room to stay in! Very clean! Nice and cool for the hot summer days. Host were very responsive when I needed anything. I would 100% stay here again!
