    Located in relatively new area of Windermere located in the south-west part of Edmonton, Alberta. The area is known for its beautiful lakes, parks, and walking trails, making it a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

    Windermere is a vibrant and attractive community that offers a wide range of recreational, cultural, and dining options for residents and visitors alike. Its beautiful natural setting and convenient location make it a desirable place to live and visit.

    One of the main attractions is Windermere Lake, which is man-made that is popular for swimming, boating, and fishing. The lake is surrounded by a number of parks which offers playground, beach, and picnic area. Located close is Golf and Country Club, which features an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a restaurant.

    In addition to its natural beauty, Windermere also has number of cultural attractions to offer. The Windermere Community League is hub of community activities, including sports programs, social events, and classes.     ‣ Damage Waiver ($56-82 depending on length of stay) – Covers accidental damage up to $700. (No deposit hold required)

    ‣ Refundable Security Deposit ($700) – Pre-authorization only; collected 24 hours before check-in and released 5 days after checkout if no damages, missing items, or issues.

    ❗PLEASE NOTE: The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional or negligent damage, policy violations, or pet-related issues. Such costs may be charged separately or submitted through a Resolution Center. By booking, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

    ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
    ‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

    🧳 LOST & FORGOTTEN ITEMS
    ‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.

    📦 MAIL & PARCELS
    ‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact local post office for options. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible for retrieving, storing, or replacing any mail or packages that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered.

    🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS
    ‣ Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.

    💳 CANCELLATIONS
    ‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

    👤 GUEST SCREENING
    ‣ Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

The unit was very clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated the great communication from the host. The underground parking was so awesome during the snowy weather when we stayed. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable!

This condo is amazing and so are the owners! This place is very comfortable, very clean and most of all very quiet! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful condo to stay at during their holiday in Edmonton!

Wonderful condo!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and building was very quiet. We enjoyed having a balcony. Also, hosts were kind and responded promptly to our questions. Would stay here again!

First time VRBO - give it a try

My daughter and I go to Edmonton a lot for skating competition, but it is the first time we rent via VRBO instead of hotel. We typically don't like to go to restaurant or eat fast food; this was by far the best stay we've had and I don't think I'll go back to doing hotels... Give it a try! Communication was easy and fast, great hosts.

Mum and Dads temporary home

My elderly parents were moving from Ottawa to Edmonton to be close to their children. The condo was warm welcoming comfortable well equipped and very clean. Tara’s and Oksana were great to work with. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Extension of temporary home

This condo was great- we extended our stay because Allied Van lines disappointed and did not keep to delivery window ——My elderly parents were moving from Ottawa to Edmonton to be close to their children. The condo was warm welcoming comfortable well equipped and very clean. Tara’s and Oksana were great to work with. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Condo

This condo suited our needs very well. It is located in the south west of Edmonton where we have family and this location was absolutely perfect for us. We were 6 adults. My two aging parents needed accommodations without stairs their own room and an ensuite. We were able to have our own room as well and our two older adolescent children (17 & 18) had the couch. We did bring an air mattress for one of them. The condo was cleaned fairly well, soap dispensers were gross with soap gunk, the sectional sofa could use a good vacuuming and the light fixtures were dusty leaving it feel a bit dimmer than it was. We did have some concerns that were addressed once we were able to find the correct contact information of the owner. The instructions for entering the condo were excellent and also for leaving the accommodations. We would stay here again.
