Very uncooperative owners. We arrived to find the basement bedroom had flooded. Maintenance people were there Friday night to move all the furniture into the basement and garage making both areas unusable. We were down a king sized bedroom for our stay. The owners have refused to compensate us in any way. When we realized we’d forgotten an item of clothing, they didn’t even have the courtesy to offer to mail it back considering the issues we’d experienced. Instead they demanded a minimum 50 “retrieval “ fee. We ended up feeling entirely taken advantage of.
