    You’ll have full and exclusive access to this spacious home during your stay—including the double-car garage, private hot tub, mini putting green, and all advertised amenities. While this property is part of a duplex, there are no shared interior spaces between units, and your side has its own private entrance and HVAC system for total comfort and privacy.

    -Relaxing under the stars in the 7-person hot tub (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM)

    Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional free street parking out front.

    You’re also just minutes from West Edmonton Mall, Downtown, and Whyte Ave for easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

    Please note that this home have another suite that is also a short term rental AND is not accessible to our guests.

    ✦ Please note✦
    Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

    - The deck and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.

    - Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.

    - For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

    • Additional Guest Fees:
    Our base rate covers up to 4 guests. A modest additional guest fee applies beyond this to account for increased utility usage, cleaning and laundry demands, and the added wear and tear that naturally comes with hosting larger groups.

    This allows us to maintain the high-quality experience and cleanliness our guests have come to expect.

    - All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

    • Nearby Construction Notice:
    Please note that a neighboring home is currently being demolished two doors down. While we’ve done our best to mitigate the impact, there may be some noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    • Pre-Arrival Requirements (Simple & Secure)
    To ensure a smooth check-in and protect both guests and our property, we require the following quick steps after booking:

    1) Sign our short-term rental agreement
    This outlines key house rules and policies, and takes just a few clicks to complete digitally.

    2) Complete ID verification
    A one-time, secure process to verify all guests for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

    3) Select your damage protection option

    -Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damage up to $700 CAD),

    -OR choose a $700 CAD refundable deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and automatically released 5 days after checkout (less a 2% processing fee if used).

    • Security & Access
    Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home.

    The home is equipped with keyless entry for seamless self-check-in—your access code will be sent after completing the steps above.

    • Respect the Space
    You're staying in a privately-owned home, not a hotel. Please treat the property with care so we can continue offering a great experience to future guests. While we do not live on-site, our team is just a message away and will respond promptly to any issues.

Our stay was great! Incredibly comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked great with plenty of dishes. Very clean. Host was incredible at communicating and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Nice Home in a Great Part of the City

It was great stay. Can’t say enough about how great the host was with communication and trying to sort out any issues we had. As a warning the home is not equipped with central air which on near 30 degree days was less than ideal. The construction in the are made navigation & parking a bit of a chore but we would stay here again.

The house was just as described. Only things that I would like to provide feedback on for the host were regarding the cleaning or stocking of the accommodation before our arrival. There was a load of towels and bedding (including the tea towels for the kitchen) that had been left in the washing machine that smelled musty and we had to rewash and dry before we could wash any dishes. There was no bathroom garbage provided in the basement and there was no extra paper towels in the kitchen (we had to use the last of the roll up because the tea towels were not ready until after we finished the wash)
