The open and inviting floor plan offers two beachside bedrooms for relishing the soothing, coastal lullabies. A large dining room table grants your group the ability to dine together and share the laughter that only comes after a day on the beach. The beach is literally at your doorstep. Spend an afternoon in the shade of the covered deck and watch the gulls and pelicans fill the sky while enjoying a good read. Great restaurants and shops are an easy stroll away. Everything you could need for a classic beach vacation is here. Bask in the relaxation that only Edisto can offer and forget about the rest.

Great stay for families

Our family loved staying at this house. The location and rocking chair porch were a highlight that we will remember for years to come. This house fit our family comfortably. The cottage is charming and cozy and you WILL get sand everywhere, but it was great to be right on the beach in Edisto!

Perfect Beach house that produced RELAXATION

Great house situated right on the beach, made our life so easy with three little ones. We were able to walk right out on the beach each morning, have coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins and shrimp boats. Very pleased with the house and accomodations.

Sea Plus is Perfect

Perfect beach cottage, had everything we needed including an amazing view and walk out to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you could ever ask for? Was a wonderful get away for my family and we will certainly book again.

Much needed week long getaway.

The Sea Plus is in a n excellent location, the house is well equipped with cookware and essentials. The back porch with the rocking chairs is perfect for relaxing day and night. The people you meet are very friendly and offer warm welcoming smiles. This is our 2nd trip to the Sea Plus house and we will be back next year.
