Pure Heaven

I have been trying to get my husband back to the beach since his major surgery in Nov 2024. Two failed attempts and the third time was a charm. This place was perfect for us, long time friends and my two shelties. Sea La Vie was just what the doctor ordered for both of us! SCORE!!!

Cozy!

If you are looking for a cozy beachfront home for a small group, this is it! Great living room to hang out in, lovely porch to watch the sunrise from, and easy beach access with rinse off stations outside. Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals was wonderful— easy to communicate with and so accommodating! Great stay.

Great family vacation!

We love the house it is very family friendly. We love the 4 bedroom and 4 bath. The whole family enjoyed the games and puzzles. It is very close to the beach and was helpful with an infant. This was our 2nd time renting here and it felt like home.

A good beach house with homey feel

This house has a great layout, with the 4 bedrooms attached to the 4 bedrooms. The amenities are adequate and inside is kept cool and comfortable. It has close access to the beach and waterfront. The porch is our favorite place to hang out and the living space is quaint but nice. Overall a great house to stay on the beach at reasonable price.

This is our second year in SeaLaVie- we love it! Right on the beach, has everything we need, and centrally located. Not all the frills but we don’t need them- price is good and support/communication with reality company is spot on.

Sea la Vie is a beautiful beach front home! We have rented for the past 3 years and will Continue to do so for as long as we can! We have four grandchildren and they Love it! Most fun family time ! The house is perfect For our family!

Perfect Spot

We have stayed in several different homes that are open front on Edisto and this one has been our favorite so far! I have a short term rental myself and so I can be quite picky. Sea La Vie was clean, good quality, and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful stay at Sea La Vie

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Sea La Vie. The home is a wonderfully appointed, and with four bedrooms and four bathrooms the layout was perfect for the two of us (parents) and our three children and spouses and/or significant others. We loved the traditional "vibe" of the home and the updates throughout the home. The kitchen was well equipped as well. We hope to return!

Good Morning! We wanted to tell you just how much we love your house. Sea La Vie has quickly become our favorite place to stay while on Edisto. The house has outstanding views, especially of the sunrise. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Always a relaxing house

This house is perfect for anyone wanting to sleep 10. 4 bedroom and every bedroom has a bathroom. It’s one of our go to houses. There is some extra room if you needed to throw down an air mattress if you wanted. House ac works great. Kitchen is open concept into the den and has a dining table between it. Only about 20 steps to the beach. Under the house has a couple spots to park we for 3-4 Cars under the house. We sit on the back porch and watch our crew on the beach as well. Will be staying again next time we are in Edisto!

Best Beach House Ever

Sea La Vie is a wonderful home. I can tell you all the things like a well-appointed kitchen, the four bedrooms with individual bathrooms, the dining room table where we shared so many meals, played games and laughed a lot and the big screen TV. However, the true magic is the house overall and that lovely covered porch! From early morning til late evenings we lived on that porch. We watched early AM (0200) lightning storms, the sunrise and sunset, rain approaching and of course folks on the beach - esp ones with dogs because we had to say hello and greet the owners too. The area underneath the house had a huge picnic table that held our beach treasure for examining and sorting. There is an enclosed area where we stored our chairs and umbrellas, ample parking and a faucet to wash your feet and/or shower before going upstairs. I cannot tell you how many times “I love this house” was said. My cousins from Maryland who are OBX fans fell under the Edisto magic and I did too.

Paradise, character, and family fun at a home away from home. We will definitey be back!

Cutest house on Edisto Beach! Very colorful, well kept, welcoming, and charming. My family members have been going on a beach trip the same week for 18 years. This has been the only place where all who went requested to come again to the same house the following year! There was enough privacy for all of us and even the dog was welcome. The family area is spacious also. Absosolutely beautiful views from both master bedrooms, the family area, and the porch area. You cannot help but relax and rewind at Sea La Vie. Highly recommended!

The house had everything that was advertised. It was clean and ready for us on time. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it just as much this time as last time. I recommend it to anyone going to Edisto Beach.

Perfect house on the perfect beach!!!

Our family summer vacations are in Edisto every year but this was our first time staying at Sea La Vie. We fell in love with this house immediately!!! So much that we have already booked it for next summer😊 Very clean, comfy beds, and kitchen is well-equipped. The location is amazing and beautiful.

Awesome!

The house has everything we needed and more! Close to the beach, enough space for 6 adults and 3 kids- we had a blast! It’s fairly centrally located and is easy to navigate around the island from there. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t run out of hot water, and plenty of space to spread out. The porch was a favorite place in early morning and evenings- watching the ocean, birds, and other beach goers. We got to see a sea turtle and go ghost crab hunting. I think we are bringing a bit of the beach home as well- will be cleaning sand for a while! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Best Beach House on Edisto Island

Lovely and clean home with 4 beds and 4 baths! Great covered and open deck and open concept living area. Just loved this house and will book again. It was all supplied with dishes, glasses and plates plus an ample variety of pots and pans. Good size fridge and generous pantry. If you like to cook your own meals, this is your house! Pet friendly too!

Excellent location with gorgeous views

Lovely home and perfect for our group of 4. Home has comfortable furniture and a well appointed kitchen . Love the layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The many games and books were a bonus. Will plan to rent here again !

A Delightful Sanctuary

Sea La Vie is a wonderful property at a great location directly on the beach. We appreciated the four bedroom/four bathroom arrangement with the living area in the center. It worked well when our four adult children visited. The house was clean and well-maintained. Getting up each morning to have coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise made you appreciate being alive.
