No me gustó para nada no lo recomiendo, viejo oxidado estufa y macroway, no limpia diario, no piscina, no desayuno, no cafetera de café en la habitacion. las camas pequeñas y sábanas no confortable. El precio muy alto para estas condiciones. el dichoso desayuno un pan y café en una mesa en la puerta del loby, me reí cuando lo vi. para cada cosa que se necesitaba en la habitacion había que irla a buscar en el loby como jabón, shampoo que esta supuesto estar en el baño. NO LO RECOMIENDO. HAY HOTELES MEJORES Y MEJOR PRECIO.

Pros: Full size fridge; microwave; reasonable cost; convenient parking and close to the Convention Center. Cons: Worn look of furniture and bathroom, kitchen cabinet door was hanging slightly and glass plate in the microwave was a replacement that moved and clanged while in use, could use an upgrade. Springs felt in the bed and it sloped in the middle. There seems to be non control over guests. Cigarette smoke and pot smoke was evident in the halls and rooms. People propped doors open and people were loud in halllways at night. Teens seemed to be having an all-night party across the hall from us, as well. We will most likely pay more to stay elsewhere next year.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a significant issue during our stay that significantly impacted our overall experience. We encountered heavy weed smoke and noise from other guests and their pets, which affected our ability to enjoy our stay. This issue falls well below the standards expected of a hotel of your caliber. As a result of the smoke, we were inconvenienced in numerous ways. I experienced throat irritation and nausea while my parents had headaches and coughing. These issues not only impacted our stay but also caused us significant stress and frustration.

Guest room was immaculate, great job by room attendants. Corridors- large stains on carpets,marijuana odor in corridor, disturbing - the stairwell doors were propped open on each floor - safety issue. Breakfast was barren - no oatmeal no sweeteners for coffee ,only 12oz cups. Front desk staff not in uniforms, overall not a bad stay needs improvement

Crime scene
We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm. We were in room 143 the person staying in room 140 was not answering the door and someone was banging on their door for about an hour (banging, kicking and yelling). Finally the police showed up and eventually kick the door in. Next thing you know there is crying and screaming and then we hear the cops yelling you cant come in its a crime scene. At this point we are worried and nervous and want to leave but we hear its a crime scene so we dont leave. When the commotion quites down and there doesnt seem to be a lot of noise in the hall we leave at about 2:30pm. No one is at the reception desk only about 5 people standing around it (family members and police). We leave and I call to check out and get a refund and first the person on the phone didnt even know someone died then she refuses to refund me… i call the manager the next day and leave a message and he calls Back and leaves a message of how i cant get a refund… it was an awful hotel experience awful hotel service and i dont know what kind of criminal acts go on there but we did not feel safe and would never stay there again.

The place is in great need of updating. There was rarely staff at the front desk to assist if and when needed. The pillows are VERY thin even if you use the 3 you’re provided so we had to go purchase our own. There’s no ice machine and other normal amenities other places have. We will be staying at one of the hotels next door when we go back to this area next year
