It is very well equipped -- with all the essentials plus Keurig cups and tea bags and more! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We needed a roomy apartment where out of town family could convene to spend time with our new grand daughter--without invading the new parents. This was a great "hub" that allowed for everyone to visit as if we live locally."

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."
