Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. "This is a great place for my needs -- very private, quiet, convenient. It is in an excellent, central location, with easy parking. It is very well equipped -- with all the essentials plus Keurig cups and tea bags and more! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
