No le gustó: Limpieza, personal y atención, comodidad de la habitación
un hotel atípico con pretensiones
Hemos estado en este hotel 6 días.Nuestra impresión general no ha sido buena,es claramente un hotel diferente, en su entrada casi parece mas un pub que un hotel.Cuesta trabajo encontrar la recepcion porque es minúscula.Los encargados de la misma por debajo del nivel de cualificación y profesionalidad exigible (mas allá de que fueran simpáticos o no).La limpieza de las habitaciones no es mala pero en mi opinión también por debajo del estándar esperable.En resumen: un hotel moderno, diferente pero que no se ajusta a lo deseable para su categoría,la relación calidad precio es mala.Un ultimo apunte: el ruido,el pub que tiene en la entreplanta tiene siempre lucha gente y la música a tope,cuando uno entra al hotel lo primero que impacta es eso,nosotros no tuvimos problema porque estábamos en la tercera planta,pero dormir puede resultar prácticamente imposible si te dan la habitación en la primera y quizá también segúnda.

Such a beautiful hotel and close to everything. Excellent service and the staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend
Beautiful hotel. Super comfy room, everything spotlessly clean. Loved the White Company toiletries and mini fridge very well stocked. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff helpful, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nice quirky decor. Great Ghd products in the room. Dark hallway with no light outside the room with addition of light switch behind the front door significantly impact on ability to navigate entry to the room. Staff were lovely and drinks and breakfast was lovely but breakfast service was terrible. Over 30min wait for each of our breakfasts and a coffee which required to be highlighted to staff to request check. Appeared these had been forgotten about. Uncertain regarding the reason for the 3 different orders being delayed.

Perfect pre-Xmas break!
We had a lovely pre-Xmas break and were upgraded to the black room for my husband’s birthday with a free drink each too! So impressed with everything! The staff, hotel, room, breakfast, atmosphere-everything! Couldn’t fault it! Staff were so busy but very attentive. Would recommend and would love to go back!

Loved Tigerlily but the front desk staff were terribly rude. Not at all the Scot hospitality of others I encountered on my stay. The place itself is beautiful. The room and restaurant, amazing. Wish the front desk were nicer and had helped more with questions and recommendations.
