La ubicacion es excelente, los servicios basicos, no refrigerador, no telefono y muy incomodo para moverse en los pasillos por unas puertas inncesarias.

Su punto fuerte es su ubicacion
Muy céntrico y muy tranquilo. Tiene un recepcionista que hace a la vez de camarero en el desayuno, que por cierto es claramente mejorable, tanto en cualidad/cantidad como en organización. La limpieza rgular. Además, es frecuente encontrarte a deshoras bolsas de la limpieza por todo el hotel, y lo que es peor, cuando llamas al ascensor a las 4 de la tarde perfectamente pueden estar bajando ropa sucia o basura de las habitaciones. Su principal ventaja su ubicación y las habitaciones, remozadas, están bien.

Excelente: Céntrico, Limpio, Personal Agradable
El hotel nos sorprendió muchísimo para bien. En pleno centro de Edimburgo. Un hotel super tranquilo y familiar. A 3 min andando tienes la estacion de bus y a 5 min la estación de tren. El recibimiento por parte del personal no pudo ser mejor. Se encargó de resolvernos dudas sobre tours, cosas a visitar... y al llegar a la habitacion nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos. Una habitacion muy grande y moderna, super limpia. Y un baño que era enorme y limpísimo. No tengo ninguna duda que si vuelvo a Edimburgo volveré a ese hotel. Totalmente recomendable.

Súper buena ubicación, cerca todo lo interesante
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la estación de Waverley, donde justo dejan los autobuses del aeropuerto. Y a 3 minutos caminando de la calle principal de la Old Town. a 8 minutos del Castillo! Varias opciones alrededor para desayunar, comer o cenar. Fui con mi familia y los hijos disfrutaron mucho las literas de la habitación que tiene "2 plantas", baños amplios, bien surtidos y agua muy calentita. Servicio de café en la habitación bueno al llegar de la calle con el frío.

Excelente opcion
El hotel nos resultó muy cómodo. La ubicación es excelente para ir y volver del aeropuerto el ómnibus te deja a 1 cuadra.nosotros no teníamos desayuno pero hay todos los servicios muy cerca. Esta a unos pasos de todo lo que hay que ver.muy bueno el wf y tiene cafetera en la habitación.

Dit motel geboekt na lezen van reviews, ligging perfect ik heb niks te klagen over wat dan ook. Gewoon goed! 1 x ontbijt genomen 12,50,- pond pp wat erg lekker was.Maar gezien wij de énige in ontbijtzaal waren en dus niet heel gezellig eten is het daarbij gelaten.

An overnight stay near the Airport Bus Terminal
The young man in reception, Bogdan, was extremely helpful and I congratulate him on how he deals with customers. He has a likeable personality and i thank him for his help. I was disappointed at one aspect, and that was only one lift operating in one part of the hotel. My friend had to carry his suitcase and hand luggage up 2 flights of stairs. However, I would have no hesitation on returning on the understanding that I had a room near the restaurant which didn't involve hiking up stairs with suitcases.

De ligging is perfect, midden in het oude centrum. Zeer schoon, elke dag schone lakens en handdoeken. Goede badkamer en erg aardig personeel.

Spacious room. Excellent location..walking distance to major tourist attractions, great restaurants and Waverly station. No elevator for 500 series suites, but staff are happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to sleep in Old Town Edinburgh
It's pretty basic, but clean, nice, and with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect if you want to see the sights of the Old Town. Nice shower, which is important to us. Has an elevator, which is always a good thing. Hotel staff was great, very responsive, and arranged a taxi to the airport very early the morning, which was on time and reasonably priced. Only thing I'd say is the mattress was not the newest, but still we did sleep well.

Impressed
Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Despite the room I was in overhanging the alleyway, it was very quiet so zero issues there.

Brilliant 10/10
I really cannot fault this place! The building is part of a superb conversion of the former offices of The Scotsman newspaper, and the conversion itself is brilliant - all the style and atmosphere of the magnificent old building, but a modern, comfortable and easy-access boutique hotel. Staff are excellent (if a little inexperienced in a few cases), always helpful and caring. Breakfast is high-standard and freshly served. Room was well equipped and spacious, well furnished, and with a decent shower bathroom. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of Princes St and Edinburgh Waverley Station - I would suggest they make more use of the designation "The Scotsman old buidling" in describing the location as my taxi driver had difficulty identifying the destination. All in all a very pleasant experience
