100% RECOMENDADO
Todo excelente, el cuarto amplio y bonito, buena calefacción, presión de agua en la regadera, cama cómoda, buen wifi, la atención del personal excelente. La ubicación es maravillosa, se puede llegar caminando a todos lados, lo recomiendo 100% me volvería a hospedar ahí sin duda. Te guardan las maletas si necesitas antes del check in o después del check out.

Wonderful customer service! We got an unexpected upgrade which was a nice surprise. Junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. Will likely stay here again.

Room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was loud but I just turned off and it was okay. The remote control for the tv basically didn’t work. The supposed free drink every day didn’t happen

The property was a nice place to stay , the breakfast was good , rooms were very clean and staff friendly and polite . It's a five min walk to the scottish museum , close to kirkland graveyard and near to the Royal mile . The only thing i would say is we thought the dinner prices were very expensive for a 4 star hotel but that might be a bit picky . The area around the hotel and north bridge could be cleaner but thats a problem in every city that needs to be addressed. Always wonder why we can't all be like the Japanese people who keep their country spotless

Not quite as sound-proofed, could hear doors slamming and talking but not too bad. Check-in took some time because Expedia payment had been processed on my end but not on the hotel's end, but staff was very nice about dealing with that issue.

Great facilities, room was very neat; clean sheets & towels. Tea, coffee & biscuits in the room. Hotel location was very accessible & the fact that it was a VERY short walk away from Festival Theatre weherewe were going to see Hamilton (our reason for visit) was a HUGE bonus too. Staff we interacted with were very professional & helpful. I can say for sure ill be staying here again whenever im in Edinburgh for overnight visots or a weekend break.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. However some of the lights in the room would not work, the body wash/ shampoo was of a very poor quality - they claim to try to reduce plastic waste, but doesn't matter how much I'd use, it would not foam enough, hard with long hair. Also room had moths, really hope I'm not taking any home with me.
