This Condo was amazing! Great location, close to Haymarket. Great rooftop with views of city. 4 bedrooms, 3 with two beds each and one with a queen. Also with 2 full bathrooms.Nice kitchen and living room. Has pool but we didnt use it. Lots of outlets and windows in condo. Audrey was are condo contact and she was wonderful.

Lovely place. Ideally situated to get to old town and new town easily by foot or public transportation. The unit was easily accessible and very quiet.The hosts even arranged unusually nice weather for our stay. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful accommodations close to Haymarket Station

Stayed at this apartment with two other couples and it was lovely. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms one with an ensuite! We were late arriving but communication was amazing. At one point we had difficulty with the entry pad (our fault) and we weee able to get in touch via WhatsApp and rectify it quickly. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, takeaways and grocery stores close by. It’s just a short walk to Haymarket Station. I would definitely stay again!!!

Fantastic property within walking distance of plenty

Definitely one of the nicest of the six properties we stayed at during our two weeks in Scotland. This was the only one we stayed at in Edinburgh. It is in a nice neighborhood, in a well maintained and monitored apartment building, and within reasonable walking distance of the most interesting spots. The apartment itself is very well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

Golf Trip

Very comfortable apartment. Had to meet property manager in person due to number of keys and codes needed (incl parking area gate). On first night, had trouble with the entry code and could not get the property manager by phone. We figured it out, but an improved set of instructions is needed. Property manager should always have their phone on, especially for tenants' first night.

The Perfect Spot for our Family of 8

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to groceries, restaurants, and everything we needed. Beverly and Audrey were amazing hosts who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The house had plenty of space for our group of 8, and it never felt crowded. One of the highlights for the kids was definitely the pool—they absolutely loved it! All in all, a wonderful experience and we’d gladly stay here again.

Great place to stay

This location is a little on the outskirts of the city but not far from everything. If you are a walker it's very accessible to explore everywhere. Otherwise very easy to take the tram, or a cab is not very expensive. Nice places to eat in the vicinity as well. The apartment is huge and a wonderful, very clean space. The women in charge do a wonderful job with keeping the property up. The pool was also very lovely for my youngest to use. Overall, a really great place to stay.

Annual get together

Our group of 6 stayed for 2 nights and the apartment was perfect for us. Great location, safe parking and good access. We had everything we needed and more and the social space was ideal. The pool was a bonus which we enjoyed. We would definitely return, a great experience.

Little gem near city centre

Lovely well appointed apartment, nicely furnished., all ready and made up for our stay. Had everything we needed except no shower gel - that would have been a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen and utensils, lots of towels (for apartment and pool). Within walking distance of city centre and nearby tram stop which was really convenient. Met house keeper who explained all workings out to us and correspondence with the owner was spot on - great communication & prompt replies to my queries.

Lovely flat but some communication niggles

The flat is nice. Though fourth bedroom has no window which I would have preferred to know for the high price point. Audrey the property manager was lovely and very helpful. However, communication with the owner could have been better and was somewhat off putting. The email about check in process seemed unnecessarily hostile - long paragraphs about timing and property respect which isn’t always required for all parties. Further, we booked for the pool mainly and we did not know it has to be booked until this email. No spaces left when we arrived. Pretty disappointing. Finally, I negotiated check out at 11am instead of the stated 10am in email - please note on VRBO standard check out is 11am! This was granted somewhat grudgingly. I wouldn’t have mentioned except that Audrey turned up at 10am anyway as she hadn’t been told by the owner. I see other reviews have mentioned similar. Over all not an unpleasant stay but see points above.
