Apartamento como nuevo, bien ubicado y el propietario contestaba rápidamente cualquier consulta.

El apartamento estaba muy nuevo, recién reformado, la ubicación era buena con transporte muy cerca, el propietario contestaba rápidamente a cualquier consulta o duda que te pudiera surgir. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina estaban nuevos. Muy recomendable para 3 adultos o 2 adultos y 2 niños

Tengo q contar q a nuestra llegada fue horrible. Fachada muy pero q muy antigua con un portal para olvidar. Pero a la entrada al apartamento fue espectacular. Un apartamento de 10.

Everything was as expected. The place was clean, modern, and well organized. Location was convenient, and while being close to the center of the old and new town, it is removed enough to find peace and quiet. The amenities are however rudimentary and the basics were absent. We had to purchase a floor fan and there were no cleaning products or vacuum cleaner to maintain the apartment during our stay. We had to buy cleaning products and the broom was a tiny hand held, impossible to clean the place with. Otherwise, the shower curtain needs to be changed as it's moldy at the bottom. But don't let these details distract you from a great place at the heart of Edinburgh! I would revisit and recommend highly.

The flat is lovely and very clean. The position is very central, with many nice cafes (Little Fitzroy, Polentoni) and food shops nearby, and many buses going to the centre or to Portobello stop in this area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. We really recommend this flat!

Great value and proximity to everything in Edinburgh

We stayed here four nights on our first visit to Edinburgh. This apartment was great!! Very nice and quiet neighborhood that was only 1-2 blocks away from bus stops that would take you literally anywhere in Edinburgh. Less than 15 minutes walk/bus ride to major tourist venues. Coffee shops, hardware/grocery stores easy walking distance. Very nice comfortable apartment. Price was reasonable compared to listings closer to major tourist venues that were much more expensive. It would have been nice if there were instructions for use of combo washer/dryer.

Worked out fine for our 4 night visit.

Apartment is as advertised. Clean & newly remodeled. We brought an in-tub plastic mat ( cut down to ~18” square which was very helpful in this very clean but smooth slanted modest sized tub with shower head & curtain.). Use google maps for best walking & bus routes. ( Remember that walking time can take a bit longer than estimated in g maps )

Edinburgh stop

Perfect place for a two couples or a family of 4. The apartment is perfectly located away from the bustle and bustle of old town for a good nights rest. It’s is literally 4 bus stops from Waverly train station and a (wee) walk, with a convenience store just as you get off the bus. The bed and pull out sofa bed are very comfortable, the couches are also comfy. Kitchen is good size, but the table is tiny, but serves the purpose. It could be a bit more stocked, as there were no condiments nor napkins/paper towels. The bathroom is updated, but small. I caution if you have difficulty getting out of tubs as it is pretty slippery and sort of awkward. The host was Great!! I would definitely book again.

Clean but major discrepancies

The property was definitely clean and was in a great location. But, there were some major discrepancies between the Vrbo post and the instructions once you were inside. I think it might be dual listed with Vrbo and another letting agency, so there are two different instructions. The first, and most severe difference was with beds. My friend and I were travelling together but searched for Vrbo properties based on whether or not it had 2 beds. This Vrbo said that it had a bed and a pull out couch. The listing says, "a large bright sitting room with a 2 piece suite which converts to an extremely comfortable sofabed." The ad also says, "The sitting room also contains a large double sofa bed, allowing this apartment to sleep up to four guests" and " All bookings are based on sharing" whatever that meant. We arrived at the Vrbo and found that sharing meant that the linens and sheets for the sofa bed were locked in a trunk unless we paid more. For the price that we paid, that was extremely disappointing and struck me as dishonest. The other discrepancies had to do with timings. Vrbo said that we should get the code for the keys that morning. I messaged the host who said that we wouldn't get the code until just before check in (an hour or so). That wasn't ideal because we were travelling and didn't know if we'd have WiFi when we arrived to get the code. Check out time listed on Vrbo was also different from the printed instructions inside.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. My partner was able to work remotely and had no trouble with internet or noise. The place was full of light and confortable for him to work. For me, it was really nice to come back "home" after a day of walking around in the city. Everything is at a walkable distance, yet we did not feel as we were living in a touristic area, which was nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back if we are ever in Edimbourg again.

Lovely Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for about a week and it was perfectly situated. The street was quiet and it was within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle. The experience was excellent overall!

Our own place for a few days

We enjoyed the neighborhood location, access to food shops, walkable to areas of interest. Nice to have 'our own place' at the end of our trip. Apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, except the bathroom was really tiny. We were extremely careful stepping out of the tub. A shower stall would have been a better choice for that little space.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Close to a bus stop to get you in and out of the heart of the city really quickly! The apartment has lots of space and a very cozy bed. We will definitely re-book if we get the chance to come back to Edinburgh!

Great location and very clean! Easy walk to Palace and Royal Mile, Old Town and New Town.

The space was perfect and very clean. Only negative, Wish there was a greater variety of cookware. Still give it 5 stars!
