  • The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with Scottish touches. The apartment is centrally located, part of the iconic Art Decor building, Lothian House. It boasts panoramic views of the Castle and Arthur's Seat. The apartment is vegan friendly, please ask if you would like more information.

    In the heart of Edinburgh, it is a short walk from Princes Street, the Old Town and West End. It is close to the main tourist attractions and Festival venues. It is an ideal apartment for couples, individuals and business travellers.

    There are numerous supermarkets, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Please note: Edinburgh City Council has introduced a mandatory 5% Tourist Levy. This will apply to bookings made on or after 1 October 2025 for stays starting from 24 July 2026. The levy is charged on the first five nights of any stay and will be collected separately.

Maureen was an excellent host, very responsive and had excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc.. The apartment was very nice in the perfect location, easy walking distance to the castle and a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle.

The location is ideal, part way between the old town and the new town and the castle view is perfect. The flat is very tastefully decorated with many Scottish touches and the fresh flowers are so thoughtful.Thank you, Maureen!

Wow, wow, wow! This apartment was perfect for the two of us to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh. Maureen provided excellent communications, met us to check in, and offered tips. The view and light in the apartment is incredible and the location can't be beat. They even provided coffee, cream, fruit and fresh flowers.It's so nice to still meet VRBO owners who care so much and make the guest experience fantastic.

Maureen is a superhost! The property was modern, clean and lovely- exactly like you see in the photos. There were quite a few restaurants nearby and was within walking distance of major attractions. Also, the best view of the castle I’ve had so far!

This place is a gem!! So close to down town. Maureen was very accommodating, she met us outside, helped with our bags and showed us around the apartment. The room was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location for sightseeing Edinburgh

Lovely well decorated and equipped flat within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Supermarkets close if eating in and lots of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep

Excellent Location

The apartment was in an excellent location which allowed us to walk to a number of sites including restaurants and the castle. The manager was also very helpful in getting us settled and pointing out sites/restaurants/shops to visit. We loved the apartment and location.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed the apartment during our stay in Edinburgh. It was within walking distance of the major landmarks and easy access to restaurants and supermarket. The laundry room was easily accessible and provided us an opportunity to do laundry without leaving the building.
