Excelente estadía. Les sugiero agregar direcciones, ya que las aplicaciones de localización te indican una entrada que no es la recepción. La atención del equipo de recepción fue muy cálida. Nos dieron información sobre los lugares a visitar y donde almorzar y cenar. Lo recomiendo altamente.

El apartamento es muy amplio, moderno y bien equipado, incluso con cocina con todo lo imprescindible, hemos descansado fenomenal, sin ruidos, las camas muy cómodas, dos baños completos, situado junto a la Catedral y la Royal Mile en un sitio privilegiado de Edimburgo.

Magnifica opción para visitar Edinburgo
Magnifica opción para visitar Edinburgo. Cerca de todo lo que hay que ver y hacer. El apartamento es perfecto para familias, está decorado con gusto y con muchos detalles que hacen que la estancia sea más agradable. Lo recomiendo sin un solo pero.

Habitación inapropiada.
Un día nos alojaron en una habitación justo a la entrada del hotel y enfrente de las mesas de un restaurante, con las incomodidades de ruido que ello conlleva. Solo pasamos una noche y fue suficiente. Los empleados del hotel reaccionaron bien y al día siguiente nos alojaron en otra habitación más tranquila. Esa habitación no debería ser entregada a ningún cliente.

Es un hotel muy céntrico y con mucho encanto
El hotel está en pleno centro, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios y está muy bien comunicado con excursiones, autobuses al aeropuerto etc. El trato del personal excelente, muy simpáticos y te ayudan con lo que necesites. Tienen recepción 24h. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, la cama comodisima ! En general, todo estupendo, volveré a repetir sin duda !

Excelente ubicacion
la puntuacion global que he puesto porque el hotel me cobro en la tarjeta que di de garantia antes de llegar cuando yo habia reservado con cancelacion gratuita y pago en el hotel. Cuando reclame me devolvieron el apunte de la tarjeta y pague con las libras que yo llevaba. Esto me ha supuesto un desembolso extra de 100 euros debido a que Visa cobra una comision cuando se usa fuera de España por cada pago que se hace con la tarjeta y que al devolverme el importe Visa coge el cambio de venta mas bajo. Creo que la pagina de Hoteles.com no tiene claro lo que negocia con los hoteles. Por supuesto he puesto una reclamacion en la pagina y estoy pendiente de la contestacion para poder decir que mi viaje ha sido perfecto

El lugar muy lindo, la zona excelente, las habitaciones muy buenas, confortables y muy bien equipadas. Algo complicado bajar las valijas por todas las escaleras que hay desde la calle hasta llegar a la entrada al hotel.

Gorgeous property located right on Royal Mile. St Giles Cathedral directly across the street. Room was very modern and extremely comfortable and clean. Was also very quiet especially for being located right on Royal Mile.

We had an excellent stay at Cheval Old Town Chambers. The area around the hotel is safe and convenient - it's location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. The accommodations were perfect - a full kitchen and in-room laundry was very helpful. The staff were particularly great - very friendly and helpful.

The appartment has everything you can wish for. The location is the absolute best. Close to all the greatness Edinburgh has to offer. There is a supermarket in walking distance. The personnel is friendly, funny and very helpful. I could t have wished for more

Love this place!! This hotel is absolutely a dream come true. It was our second time staying at the Old Town Chambers. We loved our stay so much the first time that we knew we wanted to come back for our honeymoon. It's honestly my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at in any location. To begin with, all the rooms are apartments. Each apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you could need while traveling (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc.). The apartments are gorgeously designed & make you feel at home instantly. The beds are super comfy & the showers have great water pressure. Very relaxing. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Town. It takes 2-minutes to walk to restaurants, shops, and cafes. If you're in town for Hogmanay, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It took us less than 5-minutes to walk to any of the New Year's Eve celebrations. The hotel amenities are also fantastic. They have a gym, beautiful restaurant right by the lobby, & give you very generous portions of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are also very kind, thoughtful, & helpful. They gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants & places to go, & they wrote us a handwritten welcome note. Overall, we adored our stay & highly recommend this hotel to travelers. It's truly the best. When I think of a happy place I think of our time at this hotel & the happy memories my partner & I made during our visit to Scotland. This hotel is very special.

Perfect location close to weaverly train station, right off the Royal Mile and easy access / walkable to most sites. The stairs could be problematic but mostly avoidable if needed. Would recommend and return. The restaurant connected to the lobby offered a delicious breakfast.

Loved our stay here. Apartment was incredible, we could stay in it all day! Our favourite location in Edinburgh for bars restaurants etc. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Cant wait to return.
