This was a beautiful apartment to stay in, with the perfect mix of historic charm and fresh, modern finishes. We did have a mix-up with our booking, as the room was reserved for three people but didn’t have a sleeping option for the third guest. However, reception responded quickly and made things right, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was in a great area and easily accessible for the old town. Arthur's seat and a bust stop was nearby to catch a hop on hop off bus.

The area was convenient but noisy at night. No cleaning so we ran out of coffee and almost toilet paper. One towel for 3 days was not acceptable. On the positive, the rooms were clean and cute. The hosts were exceptional.

We loved staying at the foot of the Royal Mile and next to Holyrood. The apartment was very well appointed with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

Superb. A real wow. We loved that you could see Arthur's seat, the parliment and the palace. The apartment was spotless. And we didn't expect housekeeping everyday, that was a lovely surprise.

The apartment was very nice. Comfortable and close to the major sites in the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay there again.

All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!

Rigtig dejlig beliggenhed. Og fin lejlighed. Forklaringen på hvilke døre man skal igennem og koder for at finde ind til lejligheden er mangelfuld. Kunne let klares med 2-3 linier om hvor på facaden m m. Man skulle gå ind.

Exceptional location and accommodations. The room was excellent and situated perfectly for exploring. Being adjacent to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and a short walk from Holyrood Park makes this an ideal base for a family stay. Highly recommended for its proximity to key historic sites.

Excellent location by Hollyrood Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Larger bathroom than most of our lodgings. Although space was limited for 3 people, it worked. Two of us used a large bathtub in a room adjacent to the bathroom to organize luggage. Excellent king bed.

Charming place, right outside the Holyrood Palace. Clean and modern, no lift had to carry luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The building fire alarm is very sensitive. Close to Tesco express.

Everything about this hotel/apartment was perfect. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. The only suggestion I have is for better communication to get the codes for the rooms. I had to call on my way to the hotel and I was helped out by a person from a different hotel. I was told they messaged me in What’s App but I don’t have What’s App so I never received the codes to our rooms which was a little stressful. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect and the location was perfect. I am in love with the apartment and can’t wait to come back!

The unique property really is excellent. Very old but with updated amenities. The garden behind property is beautiful. The only big problem was very poor wifi (like brutal) and connectivity using your own data plan. Loved the property but likely wouldn’t stay there again as it was just far too difficult to access online resources etc
